I was just stopping by to browse their supplement selection. As I found the one supplement I had stopped in for, an employee asked me if I needed help finding anything. I said no thank you, that I had found it. Then as I continued to browse, I discovered that I could actually buy the product online for cheaper, so I set the product back down. When the said employee reappeared, I started to say "actually, I do have a question about this other product I had in mind" but before I could even finish the sentence, he abruptly cuts me off very rudely demanding to know where I had set down the first product.
Talk about some fake front for customer service! You're gonna charge as much as these guys do, you should be a little more concerned about your customers!

Fantastic deals, especially compared to Whole Foods and other high end natural grocery stores. Natural Grocers offers a wide selection of items - my only complaint is that it's entirely too easy for me to go in with two or three things on my list and leave with two bags of items!
