Took our pontoon boat here to have a new flooring put in and the flooring is not even fitted to the boat. Paid a lot of money to have it look like this and took over twice as long as originally qouted. At the same time had a new ignition put in that once we got it on the water failed and had to go back to have another new ignition put in and was not offered any kind of discount or compensation for having to drive back to Salem from Eugene because of their faulty product. Needless to say not pleased at all with our "new" flooring or service and won't be back.

A couple weeks ago we had our 2021 Centurion detailed and fully ceramic coated. The results are perfect! Service was timely and well organized. I would recommend Ryan and his crew any day.Service: Boat cleaning

After he pushed out my date of service out by weeks, I went and took my boat back. I just would say take pics of your boat before leaving it. Ask if he does the work there. I would never recommend this place.Service: Boat cleaning

I called MV Detail in January to make an appointment to get our boat detailed and a small hole repaired. Made an appointment for the earliest date possible which was March 23rd. When I made the appointment they told me if I liked the pricing I could leave it and they would have availability to do the work at that time. Brought it in, got a quote & everything seemed great. They told me they wouldn't be able to get it in for 2 weeks. No biggie. 2 weeks goes by & I call for an update. Haven't started. They said they'd get it in that week. Call again for status & told the same story. Tried a 3rd time and they still hadn't started the work so we told them we were going to come get the boat. Mind you, this is in the end of May. Got the boat home, went to fire it up for memorial weekend and someone siphoned all of our gas out of it because it was left in their main parking lot, not in the secured yard. Not only did we not get the work completed but now we're out a couple hundred bucks in gas. Needles to say, I won't recommend them to any friends. Very disappointed.

Haven't taken m bike there yet. But the conversations on the phone have been great. I am scheduled for this month.Update 5-18-21I got the clear bra and the coating from these guys. Its Awesome. Bugs just come right off. Customers service is excellent.

Referred from a boat dealer and had both of my boats worked on by MV Detail. They ceramic coated my current boat inside and out and did a fabulous job. Took my truck there to get the same quality care. I drove down from Seattle to get my work done as well. Will continue to do business in the near future. Very professional and zero BS or run around. Ryan Valentine and his crew at MV Detail made my boat look awesome! They got rid of the stubborn water spots, ceramic coated it, and installed new GatorStep. I highly recommend them for all your detail needs. Excellent customer service!
