They donated our things without letting us know what they were keeping and selling. When we came to collect our things, they refused to check their computer for what they kept. The older brunette woman kept repeating "we have 5000 customers" and "I don't know what you're talking about" and other tactics of playing dumb. Their retail tags on the clothes pertain to a certain retail software that tracks inventory in a detailed fashion under my customer account. I have validated this fact with other retail sellers. I liked shopping here, and there is very limited shopping in crappy Salem, and I guess this is very on brand with the way people treat each other like dirt here. It's a shame they did us so dirty with absolutely no apology, remorse, and no care in the world to keep the customer coming back.

Nice and spacious store. I would not purchase any big toy purchases here. Too expensive on many items. Nice clothes and some good prices. Can find better elsewhere.

What a treasure trove of wonderful tiny clothes! So nicely organized & clean. The selection was vast and of good quality I went in for one item and came away with a whole bag of darling items! Will definitely be back over & over!

Such a good place for everything baby!!! Brand new & used. Reasonable prices. I have bought my son a baby swing, bouncer & even clothes. Love it here and will continue to shop here.

Love this store. Found so many useful items for my 3 kids. Even got my daughters bouncer from this place. Great prices and always have great deals. Most of the staff is very nice.

I've been visiting the Corvallis location for a year now. I found out there was a Salem location yesterday (after having visited the Corvallis location that day!) and decided to make the trip up there. I'm always impressed by Mother Goose Resale - you can find fantastic brands for a fraction of the price you'd pay for the item new. I found the bathtub, as well as two sleep sack/swaddles that we were really in need of.

Clean and organized. The woman working (I think the owner?) was very kind. All of the clothes were priced fairly and in good condition. Less stressful than some other kids resale places. I saw toys, shoes and accessories for babies. Would definitely come back.
