“I recently visited the Verizon Wireless store in Salem, Oregon, and overall, I had a positive experience. The store was clean and well-organized, which made it easy to browse the available products and services.
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they quickly addressed my questions about upgrading my phone and changing my plan. They explained the options clearly and helped me choose a plan that fit my needs without pushing unnecessary extras.
One minor downside was the wait time; apparently it's not so easy to just return a product, there's some hope to jump thru. However, the process was smooth and efficient.
Overall, I was satisfied with the service and the assistance I received. I would recommend this Verizon store to others in the area.!”
