So glad I checked Yelp! My former go-to auto body place (Lovegrove) is now under new ownership and apparently terrible. I tried Freeman on a hope and a prayer... the bumper of my minivan ripped off (don't ask) and I didn't want to file a claim, just wanted to pay cash. These guys were great, the bumper is completely like new, you'd never know it suffered a mishap. Had to take a star for communication. I was primarily emailing (I called once and was told to email)... Was told Thursday that my car was due to be ready Friday afternoon. I showed up right after work (I'm a teacher and don't check my personal email during the day) and there was a delay (Covid related supply chain thing)... they should've called. They knew it too, and apologized, and paid for a Lyft for me and my kids back to South Salem. Communication blip notwithstanding, I would use them again in a heartbeat. (Also, even though I clearly have a well loved minivan and this car lot is filled with Maseratis and Audis, they treated me completely respectfully and professionally. If I ever need an Audi, I will check this place first!!)

After a collision resulting in front end damage, we received estimates for repairs and chose Fremont Auto Body on Pine in Salem. Dave was very thorough, very responsive and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Start to finish, the experience was professional and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. Job well done, thanks to Dave and his crew at Fremont.

The window installation job was poor - one was not closing properly - eventually it dropped inside - I called back there for after care to have it fixed - No response ! my handy man hubby fixed it . I'll never use them again.

I'm totally impressed! Dave gave me an estimate and the total cost came in almost $600 under his estimate. Service was fast, and he kept me informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of bodywork.

Mikes Auto Body did great work on my cars in the past. I could not be happier with his work. Mike retired and sold to Freeman Motors who were unable to give me an estimate of the repair on my small car. Without an estimate I cannot trust and went elsewhere. Boy am I glad.

They did fast work on my car repair. Their initial quote was more than what I actually had to pay out of pocket as well. Thanks for fixing up my car! Wish my neighbor was a good person and would stop running into it!

I had a horrible experience with this shop. I would never recommend them. Shady the price was hundreds more than originally quoted..... then he was going to charge me storage fees if I didn't get it fixed. I got the car fixed and the cars would keep overheating and wasn't able to drive it.

Worst experience ever! Brought my Honda 2015 SUV here because I saw many good reviews. Unfortunately, it was not even close to being a professional repair shop. Never called to inform the customer or called back. I had to bring my car back 3 times and it still wasn’t repaired correctly. Had to bring to another repair shop to have them fix it the “correct way.”

Love this place! Brianna is awesome to work with! Very professional, kind, and they know what they are doing. They gave us a quote to repair our car door that got smashed, but once they dug deeper into the door during the repair process they found more damage. Instead of charging us more to fix the additional damage, they did the additional work for the same price of the original quote. Definitely recommend this place.

Best Auto Body shop around. Mike was so nice and very helpful. He told me everything that was wrong and even saw some things I didn't even notice. He gave me a free estimate on how much it was gonna cost with every detail. He kept me up to date with when the car will be finished. He even changed my license plate covers. Took them 5 days to fix and it was like nothing happened! Will definitely be my place to fix my cars in the future.
