When i came in i was treaded like if i didnt have money or something, please i ask that you tream people failrly, the girl just wanted to take a smoke break cause it felt like i was being kicked out fast. I wont recommend this place.

I have had MetroPCS for the past 6 years and I got to say I really like that they always helpful help me out and this location is very convenient since it's small that means not a lot of people go and there's always somebody that's going to attend to you and get your questions answered and it will help you with any kind of technical problem you may have on your phone they'll take the time to work with you and make sure everything is up to date good people depending if you see the employee that helps others is always trying to help them and others lot of efforts in their time but at the end they're trying to get the job done as best as possible time is a virtue over there but it's worth the wait if you really want the job to be done I rather wait rather than go through the hassle of dealing with it myself./Avalon español depentiento en la persona que trabaje y asen El trabajo la mejor posible.

Garbage location. Manager Pablo was not helpful when I reported that one of their associates conned me into a new contract. I asked for clarification multiple times during a contract sign up with this associate in November they walked me through the promo I was signing up for and low and behold, no promo. Now I am paying for a bill I was not planning to. Manager gave me his employees email after telling me he could not provide that information. When I asked for his email he said he can't do that. Way to throw your employee under the bus and go against whatever policy you were trying to bs me about. Don't go here.

Monique the store manager at this location help me on the 7th of January, 2021!
I explained to her my problem. She help me brainstorm, problem solve & in the end. I walked out of the store so thankful and happy! Monique did a great job at customer service! She did a great job at coming from a place of humanity and appreciation for her customers! I would hire her any day to work at my business! Thank you Monique❤
