I got my phone and phone service for this location after my phone fell and the screen broke I called up trying to buy and purchase a new phone and they refused to help me the lady was very rude very incooperative no customer service here I would go somewhere else.

Customer service people(whose names I remember.... Shannon, Hannah and a real nice man with long hair helped me get my voicemail is activated after not having it over 9months!!)we're wonderful!!! Bought a tablet I really never thought I'd purchase but was such a good deal and was presented to me in a positive way. Thanks for hiring individuals like them that actually go out of there way to help and are nice in doing so!!!! ~Jenn Larson ?

Went into the store and was happily greeted by Chris. Explained the situation about trying to get added to someones phone plan given I already had a metro phone it was super simple and easy. He called the rep to get us the add a line deal after getting my phone added and got us exactly that and then some. If you want to be greeted by a friendly face and the absolute best person in customer service I highly suggest going in here given that my experiences with metro have not always been the greatest I really enjoyed my experience this time.
