Called to get a heavy duty bed frame, he wanted to argue about weight of mattress and what I needed. Oops, I know what I needed when I called. Told him I did not call to argue and he hung up then no one would answer the phone. Not great customer service.

My fiance and I stopped in to browse for a bed and we were so happy we did. Mike was available to answer questions and help, but gave us enough space to talk over the decision. We're really looking forward to our new mattress being delivered this weekend!
