We made a purchase and the process of it all went very well very wonderful. Very careful. Patient kind thoughtful answering every question. It was a real nice experience. We enjoyed all the beds that we could try out in our price bracket and out of it a lot of comparisons we had the time it was wonderful and they had a nice variety of choices. A lot of things were explained to us all that went very very well. We won’t be getting the bed till in January. having things worked out that way was better for us and we were hoping that the company would work with us on that and they did so far. Everything‘s going OK on that payments will start in February so that’s about all I can say for now. So we’ll see how the rest of it goes the delivery and set up so that still hasn’t happened.

Great experience from beginning to end with Gordon! He was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He knew what we were looking for before we even knew. The first mattress and bed frame he showed us was what we ended up purchasing. We gave him a vague description of what we thought we may want and he knew exactly which bed would be best for us. Super nice guy and wonderful experience!

I walked in the store and was helped right away. The sales representative was kind and made sure to ask questions about what I was looking for. She showed me different mattresses of what I was looking for. I will receive the new mattress on Sunday.

I purchased two mattresses a little over a week ago and after just two days it began sinking in the middle. I have had it for only one week, and it is completely unusable. I cannot continue to sleep on this mattress.
I did not spend over $2,000 to be stuck with something defective. I do not want a replacement of the same model, as I’ve read many reviews showing this issue is common. Instead, I need to exchange this for a different mattress that will actually meet the quality and durability I paid for.
Please let me know how to proceed with arranging an exchange. I can provide photo and video documentation of the defect if needed.

Idk if your store was at the State fair on Labor Day evening, but to the older gentleman who was working who gave me and my son water, let us sit in peace for a moment and checked in on me while I having a panic attack…thank you. You don’t know how much that meant to me in that moment. Thank you thank you.

I would highly recommend Tamara! She listened to my needs, had me try different mattresses, and gave me the space and time to do some additional research before purchasing. She really seemed to care about making a customer happy more than just selling a mattress.
