This was my second time dealing with them. Unbelievable customer service through the whole process from the phone call to checking to see what tires they had that fit recommendations and the quickness of getting my problem solved absolutely amazing I will be going back time and time again from now on. And Andre is the guy you want man he is amazing thank you guys.

A little over a year I got some tires from this place,which at the moment I thought they have such a good prices ,long story short the tires at the moment don't hold the air in and the other shop where I took my car has told me the tires where in really bad shape,how can this be possible if the tires are only a year old ,but lesson learned , I will not be going to this place anymore .

The workers overall do a great job, the prices are great the customer service on the other hand is absolute garbage. Whatever little white girl (broken Spanish so I’m assuming she is Caucasian) works in the office is very defensive and acts like she knows what she’s talking about. After a worker broke something off my car I asked if they were going to replace it (since they broke it) and she got very defensive. After she spoke to her boss we came to a compromise. Since I was returning to the shop at a later date I asked if she wanted my phone number and name she said “no I’ll remember you and your car but if you want I’ll go to the office and take it down but I don’t need it because I’m going to remember you” I come back at the later date and ask how long the service will be and she said 45 minutes but they needed to get a part so it would take longer. I was fine with this the only thing I wasn’t okay with was the snarky attitude. She re-iterated “you’re not being charged for anything and your car is okay to drive with 2 bolts you made it here fine” (I had all 5 originally) I told her I wasn’t trying to argue I just expect if YOU break something off my car it should be replaced as the mistake was yours. She then said “well this isn’t a dealership” I told her I knew that but you are still a business and if you break something you need to replace it. (Common sense isn’t very common anymore I guess) like I said great place to get cheap service just avoid talking to her at all costs (you probably can’t because she inserts herself everywhere) it’s almost like she wants to argue or is just always having a bad day, which whatever you know just realize you are representing your company and be more professional. Not everyone is against you

Rolled in there and for a small amount of money, they expertly patched my tire! Quick and courteous service, with absolute high-grade professional service. I have been using these guys for about 15 years. Always super honest, upfront with prices, and just a great group of guys!

Best experience buy tires. These guys had a great attitude, we’re very helpful and insanely quick. They also had the best prices after calling several tire shops in the Salem area. 10/10, highly recommend and I will definitely be going back!

It was 6:15 pm on a Friday evening and I had a flat. Martinez Tires showed they were open until 7 pm thankfully, and I called them up and asked if they could help. They said come on by. They offered to repair my tire or offered me a great deal on a replacement, and they were able to replace it in no time. They also filled up the air in all my tires. Super friendly and kind staff and a seamless and quick process. Would definitely recommend!

The guys there are awesome, they go above and beyond to help u without taking advantage of u. They care about only doing what is needed and they don't make u buy extra if it's not needed
