Your professionalism and honest service was amazing.
I recently had taken my car to well-known popular Auto Mechanic shops here in Salem and not one of them could figure out the problem. They simply went off their diagnostic testing machine and recommended that I take my car to the dealership.
The lack of their knowledge here in Salem ORE with well-known mechanic shops was shocking!!!
With MAR, Auto Maintenance they have what I would call real Mechanic’s with an abundance of knowledge.
100% these mechanics at MAR know what they are doing, and do not rely solely on a diagnostic testing to do their job.
Again thank you for fixing my car quickly and not over charging. The knowledge, expertise and honesty are hard to find these days.
I would highly recommend MAR Auto Maintenance Crew in N.E. Salem Oregon to anyone.

My car was dying while driving, did not want to accelerate. Left me stranded twice. Mars replaced my alternator twice, replaced my throttle, and told i needed a ne battery which i purchased. That was about 4 months ago. I still have the same problem. My car still dies on me at least twice a day. I cant take it back to mars as they could not identify the problem. They only guessed making me spend my money.

These gentlemen were amazing. I live 2 hours away from home and I've never had anyone else look at my car and I was really scared. I regret not getting the shop managers name, but he was incredibly patient and took a look immediately. It didn't end up being anything severe, but the peace of mind was 100% worth it. I will be coming back here for ANYTHING that goes wrong with my car, I know I can trust them to be honest about it.Service: Vehicle Inspection

MAR is now the only mechanic I’ll take my car to in Salem! They were incredibly helpful and fast with their service! Previous places I’ve taken my car have taken several days to make simple repairs but these guys had my car up and running again in less than three hours. I worked with Manuel and he was very friendly and professional! I can’t recommend these guys enough. If you’re looking for a great, honest and decently priced mechanic, this is the one!

Manuel has been our mechanic for 2 different vehicles and he listens and also gives advice. He's been very helpful, friendly, and personable. He doesn't try and upsell. He finds what's wrong and gets to the point and also has been rather quick on getting our cars repaired so we can get to work. We appreciate his help every time. They are bilingual in Spanish and English.
