Dont buy the mowers. We bought a $4000 lawnmower here and after the purchase it turns out they don’t have it in stock even though they said they did. so they said they would have an assembler put it together but they should have it done in a couple days no big deal, a week later it has not been assembled but once again the assemblers will be here “today or tomorrow”. It’s supposed to be delivered tomorrow but no one could be bothered to let the customer who took off work for a 12hr delivery window know that is won’t be delivered. I finally got the information after 5 attempts and half an hour at calling the store and being hung up on multiple times by the answering system.
Finally got my delivery and it actually showed up on the original delivery date. Fortunately that was after they had confirmed they would be delivering on Thursdays instead and I found someone to cover work me Thursday. Then they call late Tuesday night to say that they have once again changed the delivery date back to Wednesday with no warning. So now I lost 2 days of work since I can’t take my shifts back from the coworker. NOW HERE IS THE WORST PART. The mower showed up Wednesday beat to hell scratched and scraped all over with one major scrape on the deck that looks like a forklift hit it. The delivery guys call the manager who tells them that they will offer a discount but do not offer to take the mower with them and instead leave it with no gas in the middle of my driveway. The mower didn’t have enough gas to even start it so it clearly had not even been tested to ensure it worked. Now I gotta go get gas so it’s not blocking me and my neighbors driveways.
As for the refund Lowe’s never called me and took there sweet time returning my calls. Did t get ahold of them until the end of the week and they offered a %10 discount on the mower. I told them that was unacceptable and I would either need a discount to replace the damaged motor deck or a new mower. They have still not called me back even though they assured me they would

To much shoplifting allowed. Company policy states to allow people to shoplift. And people wonder why my prices go up? In addition, security cannot kick anybody out. Even repeat shoplifters! I saw a shoplifter leave with a bag of goods. The security guy told me they can do nothing. I wonder why they even HAVE a security? I’ll go elsewhere until that changes..

The girl in customer service seemed to be in a bad mood when I arrived. I rented a carpet cleaner and was dropping it off. I cleaned it ahead of time to avoid the cleaning fee but was charged a $40 cleaning fee anyways! She said I had to take it apart with a screwdriver to clean the residue on the bristle part. Was not informed of this ahead of time and would’ve just bought one if I had known I’d end up having to pay $80 for one day of use! Please show customers how to take it apart ahead of time if this a requirement. This is how I dropped it off, I wanted to clean it in any way I could while I was there but she offered no solutions.

Employees are friendly and helpful compared to Home Depot.
Coo,l Cashier knew her sign language to communicate with my wife.
But they didn't have what we needed and had to go to Salem and Kiezer for the materials.

We love this Lowes it's one of the best ones in Oregon.the staff is very helpful but don't crowed you. The store is so big which also means great selection. The prices are moderate. It's always clean inside and out. The parking lot is moderate but we'll lit up at evening and at night. I absolutely love this place..I will be going back.
