Worst store on earth. Today not a SINGLE checker was there and two or more of the check check out registers were out of order to top it off out of frustration i said. I'm about to leave this stuff (mixed paint items over a hundred dollars worth) here. The scraggly attendant who looked very stoned said Ok sir have a nice day. No apologies for the appalling lack of service. I went to Home Depot bought the comparable items and was not only treated with respect i was in and out of there super quickly.. In addition I saved around twenty dollars. Bye Bye FOREVER Loews

I genuinely have had the worst shopping experience and customer service experience of my life. I ordered the Clairmont patio dining set a few weeks ago and had scheduled delivery for today. This morning, I received an email saying my delivery had been changed, so I called to make sure there was no action needed from me. After about 30-45 minutes on the phone, Octavio found that someone else had placed an order for the same product as me and they thought for some reason, even though they were different order numbers and names, they were duplicate orders and now are out of stock of the set. So basically, they oversold me the table and now don't have it. They told me to call another location and ask if they could fulfill it. So I tried the clackamas location, as suggested, and was transferred to lawn & garden and on hold for a while, then got the supervisor, then was on hold to wait for a seasonal employee, all for the call to start beeping and go nowhere. I called the salem store back and basically the guy said sorry but all we can do is cancel. I already had part of my order (the umbrella and base delivered). So now I'm stuck with that, which I don't even want if I don't have the table. So I called Lowe's regular customer service line and she was able to find a table and chairs from Keizer. When going to purchase, she placed the order for the chairs but then the table is now out of stock. She said their MIGHT be one table at clackamas and so now I have to call them even though they are showing out of stock online?! I'm SO SICK of the calls, interrupting my work day and still with no resolution. This is genuinely the biggest waste of time and still haven't had this resolved. I'm also out all the money from the original charge and now the new purchase of the chairs and don't even have a complete order.

no. no recommendation to the shady company that is lowes and the delevery company they use. . They lie and tell you all the things they think you want to here. The appliance manager lies outt her ass! Assured me that our fridge would be added to thr truck after they messed up our delivery the first time. We set to have our fridge delivered Saturday. Friday night we get the call it will be delivered on Saturday between 11 and 3. After zero calls, text, or email, at 4 I call. Find out they changed our delivery to Monday. with out confirming it woth us. I call and after an hour on the phone. The Appliance manager assured me it would be added to thr truck for thr next day (sunday) and be delieverd. (now I know she was just blowing smoke) We called and double checked and the automated said yes for delivery on Sunday. Welll around noon we get an email (at least this time we got an email) that the new delivery date is for Monday... again . I love the incompetence the "company" has . so now we have to go out of our way and get the fridge ourself cause I have zero faith that it would even get delivered on Monday cause their track record is.... steller... thus far. highly do NOT recommend Lowes.. not even to my worse enemy.

This was such an exhausting experience. I ordered a dishwasher online and chose one based on delivery time, it was supposed to be there here in two days. Randomly, without a phone call, I get an email notification the day before delivery saying that they moved my delivery to a week later. I called into the store (waited on hold for 20 minutes) for someone to finally confirm that he could change the delivery date back, and he reset it. I then got a text message the night before delivery that everything was confirmed.I woke up the morning of delivery to an email from Jennifer, it was extremely unprofessional. No phone call, she just stated that they couldn't deliver my item as it wasn't in stock, but she did state that there was one open box unit. I asked if that one was in good condition and stated that I would like to cancel the order if I couldn't get one by the end of the delivery day (the main reason I chose the product was the delivery date). She didn't respond to me. I called in (waited on hold for 30 minutes), and finally spoke with an assistant manager. He told me that he was sorry for the unprofessional way the situation had been dealt with and that Jennifer had made a note on my order just to cancel it, without checking the stock, responding to me, or refunding my card. He told me he would go check the stock personally and call me right back. I waited over an hour, still nothing. I tried to call him back but had to wait on hold for another hour. I finally got through to someone who stated she couldn't reach him. It feels like they legitimately did not care at all about my purchase. This was so frustrating and I absolutely would not recommend this store. In the end, I told the customer service representative just to cancel my order because it feels wrong to spend $700 at a store that has no respect for your time or for you as a person.

On my lunch break I went to make a return at Lowes. 2 associates were working on a return with a customer and another was on the phone. After 20 minutes no one had acknowledged me, said we will be with you in a moment, or sorry for the wait. At one point there were 6 people behind the customer service area and no one even made eye contact. Finally the people in front of me got their return completed and then she said how can I help you sorry for the wait. She then made a mistake and on my return and said son of a bitch. Sometimes things get messed up, and sometimes people have to wait, I get that. At the very least acknowledge them, and when it is their turn don't curse at them!

Paid 800 for a new freezer. MIDEA. Owned for 1 year and 20 days. (Warranty 1 year).. And it went out. Well guess who is not going to cover it.. there is a reason why I mainly shop at Home Depot. Poor customer service. After I was tossed around on the phone quite a few times.

Drive to the Keizer location. Better yet, stick to Home Depot. Worst customer service ever. Ivy, please take a course in customer service. I'm sorry you work at a job you dislike. Don't shed your bad attitude towards everyone else. Rolling your eyes, and being sassy gets nowhere.

I have purchased twice from Lowe's.com. Both times was a very poor experience. The first time it took about 20 hours for them to send an email that my order was ready. This order was fairly large fencing project. The second time I finally when out to the store after about 30 hours of waiting. The folks at the desk showed no concern as to why it would take over 30 hours to pull an order. It took two of them to go pull my 3 item small order. I understand folks are ordering on line more these days. I work in retail and our orders are to be pulled in our stores with in an hour and we don't have staff dedicated to that business!! It is ridiculous that there was no concern as to why it took 30 plus hours to pull a small order.
