Lopez is a good man and unlike most shops actually cares about getting you taken care of and has great prices on his used tires..I've been recommending him for years and most my family and coworkers goes there when they need tires..

Allan makes me walk across the street and follow him into this dark shady building where he stores his tires. I'm still confused as to why. Anyway, he gives me a price for a tire and I agree to the price. He starts to install the tire and later sends his assistant to tell me that the tire he was going to sell me was defective so he was going to find a different one (has to walk across the street again I guess he keeps part of his inventory off site) . Later he comes out walks past me and went ahead and installed the tire. Once he's done he comes over and tells me he's going to charge me more for the tire. This is after he's already installed it!! I told him that if he planned on raising the price he should have told me before installing it. He gets upset and tells me that if I don't pay him what he wants he was going to remove the tire, this after making me wait forever. I was so upset because I was already late. He actually started removing the wheel again and I told him that I was going to pay him what he wanted because I just didn't have the time to wait any longer. It's not even about the money, it's about being fair and open with your clients. Stay away!!

I called every place from Eugene to salem and this is the only tire place that had my size tires he ordered them and had them there within a cpl hrs and price was way cheaper than other quotes i got that would have been a two week wait. Very impressed.
