Crooked and shady business practices. We bought new construction 1 year ago and at time of closing we questioned the escrow and tax amounts. We were assured it was correct and would not go up. Fast forward to August of this year we receive a bill stating our escrow account was shot nearly 5000.00. After trying to reach someone who could help us understand how this is possible or could have happened. We gave up and paid it. Fast forward to today we get another bill starting our escrow is off an additional 2109.09 And when trying to call this company they will hang up on you and also send you back to the start of the phone tree. I spent over an hour trying to talk with anyone today. Worst company in n earth and if you value you he’s earned money don’t use them. Or if you value being treated like a human don’t use them. ??????

I Had A Feeling That They Would Call Back, So I Blocked Them.As You Can See That They Called Back (3) More Times ThatDay. (7) More Times On The 12th. (6) More Times On The13th. (1) Time On The 14th & Lastly (3) More Times Today,The 16th Of May. I Called The Above Phone Number To Tell Them To STOP The Phone Calls. (4) Of Those Calls Were What We Thought Were Early Morning Calls. I Called The Number & Then Asked For A Supervisor. The Agent Inquired Why? I Asked For A Supervisor Again. One Came On The Line With A Really Bad Attitude Up Front. I Started Calmly Informing Him About All Of The Phone Calls. Now You See, The Only Call That Was NOT Blocked, Was The 1st One On May 11th. All Of The Rest Were Blocked. I Ask Anyone, When Does This Go From Irritating To Harassment? Maybe All The Fine People That Read This Should Bombard That (503) Number With Unwanted Phone Calls. Buyer Beware, That They Are Harassing Me & I Did Not Even Inquire About Them. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES If This Is What They Do When Turned Away. Nicky Cassidy and her team were fantastic to work with. I performed simultaneous refinance loans with her. One was a cash out on a rental property and the other a refinance on an owner occupied duplex rental property. She understood my goals, made everything seamless by transferring the data from one application to the other and I was able to sign for both at the same time during a lunch break at work with a mobile notary service. The amount of time taken out of my busy schedule was very minimal. I have worked with half a dozen loan officers to date and have shopped around quite a bit for rates and responsiveness. She is the most responsive and professional of the lenders I have worked with to date. Thanks Nicky!
