Arrived 60 minutes before appt. Was unloaded with paperwork in hand in 60 minutes. Hats off to the employees of this facility. Plenty of room to back.

Professional staff, clean facility. Extremely efficient dock crew. 45 minutes from the time I arrived until I was headed back out. I hope to deal with these folks again. I wish the rest of these receivers would take notes.

They should have unload people that are setting all day when their is nobody at the dock and people are walking around doing nothing! But when they start they don't take to long 30 min!

Went and asked if I could get unloaded earlier than my unload time got me 30 min early in a door and started unloading 5 min later

Been here 2 hours and they haven't even touched my truck yet. I have watched others come and go this place is trash no restrooms for drivers and they take their sweet time getting to you
