Company was great! Was in a tight timeline and had another company bail out last minute. Sarah got everything moving lightening fast and was extremely helpful. Brett and Rodrigo showed friendly and made the move easy, fast, and professional. Good team, good people

The entire Lile Moving team were polite, professional and easy to work with ... and their pricing was incredibly reasonable (beat out the other companies i received bids from hands down). I have recommended them to my realtor to pass on to her colleagues how excellent everyone was at Lile Moving. Thank you for a job well done!

Moved 12 items. Watched movers break antique chair. Refused to fix chair or lamp damaged in move. Poor performance.

One of the MOST professional and thorough movers I've used over the past 40 years. I will definitely use these folks again!

We just completed a major furniture move with Lile Moving and we couldn't be happier. The team of Kim (Rep), Anthony, Jalen, Blake & Michael was amazing, professional & efficient. They completed every moving task we needed of them in a timely manner. Moving is difficult and physically draining but this team made it look effortless and they did it all, while smiling and in good spirits. We will continue to use their service. Bobbie.

This is such a great branch of Lile. Kim York the manager is superb and helps as often as she can. Danya is her right hand helper and she always knows what is going on and how to help the customer. You can't go wrong with this branch.

Previous review removed and don't know why. This company moved us out of Oregon. Very long story short- our items were delivered 6 weeks late and changed hands at least 5 times. We were continually told items were in transit when they were in fact in storage without our knowledge. Inflation adjusted over $15,000 missing and broken items when finally arrived. We were told we were liars and our fault things missing. I have the emails to show if anyone wants proof off of this. Nine months later we have been issued half the amount. Look at my reviews also for Class Pays who this moving company used to store our items a second time without our consent. Work was delayed due to no work clothes. Beware of this company. Once your items leave the state they become NorthAmerican only who has loads of legal protections to make your measly household items a joke.

I cannot believe the unprofessional work ethic from the guys sitting behind computers in the Salem office, Chuck and Norm. Chuck literally told me that morning I should “get over it and get back to work” after I let him know another employee physically pushed me. I asked him if he could talk with him about it. He said no because there wasn’t any blood or that it wasn’t anything major.I let him know I didn’t want to press charges on the other guy for assault and just let them handle the situation. After I said that he became frustrated and angry with me and so he decided that I was to be let go instead. I’m still baffled as I write this as how the office guys handled this. They didn’t care whatsoever. It’s pretty sad actually with this company today when I was working there, three drivers called in this morning and so there was only one driver, only one crew was able to go out on a job today. The rest of the movers which was about 8 of us were working in the shop loading a truck. I have 1 year moving experience prior with another far better organized, professional company than this one and not once has that ever happened where there was only one driver to go out for a job.Another thing I noticed working with this company for several weeks is they would always forget to pack the truck with materials and in one occasion we were lucky that the customer had tape of their own. A lot of the guys working this company are pretty new the drivers and helpers so it makes it difficult for everyone especially the customers when their stuff isn’t wrapped properly and walls are being hit.I was willing to apply my experience, knowledge and hard work but these guys were ungrateful and very unprofessional. Especially after that assault incident. No wonder they cannot keep employees for long and every employee is new to the company because of their lack of morals, work ethic, appreciation and unprofessionalism. Didn’t let me post so had to edit it. This was last yr.

Do not use these people if you value your possessions and furniture. They showed complete disregard for any care. We used them for a 300 mile move within the state. They do not take an inventory of items loaded. When our furniture arrived at the destination a brand new wooden bed frame was broken as well as an antique record cabinet. Total value of both was approx. $550. Lile paid $139.00 for replacement. Replacement for the bed frame alone was approx. $450.00, price for the antique record cabinet is unknown. We still have small items we are not able to locate. We found small items waded up in packing paper but not labeled. For instance three sand dollars waded up in paper. Four screws waded up in paper not labled. There were several waded up pieces of paper that contained small items taped and unlabled. Fortunately we opened some but I am positive some small wrapped items were discarded as dunnage. We had a large wall clock packed and marked This Side Up with arrows pointing upwards, this was found in our living room upside down. The clock is still in the shop. I did not mention smaller broken items such as glassware, dishes etc. there was only a few. A different crew unloaded the truck than the ones that loaded it so they knew nothing of any necessary re-assembly. These movers were definitely like "bulls in a china shop" In closing all I can say is buyer beware and do some research!
