Loriana greeted us as we arrived. She allowed us to look as long as we liked. She answered all our questions. She was easy to work with.
The delivery was smooth. The men were very efficient. They were on time and set up quick. They were very polite and informative. Thank you for all your help.

I waited two months to receive my rug, couch, a swivel rocker and a recliner. The delivery brought me the totally wrong couch, they threw in a bent lamp, made a mess they didn't clean up, and were in such a hurry to leave, they left their carpet shears. All that for $299.99 delivery fee!! I am so very disappointed. I thought Lazy Boy was a high quality business. When I told them about the lamp, they said they would sell it to me for half price or I could return it. The lamp cord had paint all over it also. I feel as though I've been a victim of elder abuse. I hope they do the right thing and bring the couch I ordered and take the wrong couch back. I had ordered and paid for a sleeper queen couch. The couch I received was an couch, not a sleeper.

Exceptional customer service and huge selection. Showroom is clean and well organized. My sales associate was thorough when answering my questions and allowed me to take my time deciding on the type of recliner I needed. She understood my needs and guided me in the decision process showing me the best choices for my body type and size while also keeping in mind my picky needs of color, style and materials. She allowed me to sit for extended periods of time in each and we talked casually throughout. I recommend this store and sales staff if you are looking for a no nonsense transaction with a friendly and supportive sales staff. It’s definitely a one stop shop for all your home furniture needs. Especially recliners! Thank you for making me feel at home while shopping.

Our experience was great ; we are fussy , kinda , but at least hard to fit to furniture , me 6'4'' and my wife 5'3'' ....Zena, our ''guide'' knows her products very well and guided us to a new reclining couch over 3 visits ( the extra visits due to our changing minds ) , all handled with friendliness and professionalism...
