Dr. Fulton is the best vet I have ever know. She and her assistant (Susan) are kind, and demonstrate gentleness when treating my dog. Dr. Fulton has years of experience and a vast knowledge of treating small animals. Their prices are more than reasonable. I highly recommend No Frills Pet Clinic.

we came here after viewing their website and calling multiple times over the span of two weeks. tere was never any call back, never a pick up of the phone, and when we finally came in person, yowling kitty in hand, we had a door shut on our faces. This seems to be a norm with all of the vets here in Salem though. It would be nice to have indications that they wont accept walk ins or new clients on company websites...or at least have someone answer the phone once in a while.

I love this sister team. Dr Marcia is absolutely the best. They have a relationship with each animal and with each of the animal's person. Knowledgeable and thorough, Dr Marcia knows what she is doing and she does it in service and dedication to animals.

Was taking care of some strays until CASA could get them. Our contact, asked us to bring them here. Very apparent she cares for her animals. We got meds for their flea/worms and fever. Both were looking much better.

I find it outrageous that new families and there pets can't even get an appointment. Where are we to go and where is the care you agreed to provide to our fur babies? I am so tired of hearing excuses for not being able to see a vet.

Amazing and caring about my baby. My dad and I have been bringing our pets here since they opened. They remember us and treat us like family, and show our animals how much they care. They have gone above and beyond for me so many times, even babysitting my dog for two hours when he needed an emergency exam but I also had a college exam. I know I will bring all of my animals here!
