Clean and quiet. It's not snazzy, but it is nice.

Oof. The girl at the front window was friendly enough, but this place has seen better days and needs a good deep clean.Every surface was worn and/or dirty, every sheet and towel had stains and/or holes, the bathroom smelled like mildew and had a spray of something dark under the sink, and the shower door edge was caked in grime. I opted to just wash at the sink instead.I also saw 2 small roaches (a trap behind the toilet suggests they are aware of the issue) and I didn't see signs of bed bugs, but having to look around the place with a flashlight revealed how much attention the rooms need. Dust and stains galore. In terms of safety as a solo female, I felt mostly okay with a deadbolt and latch. Someone jiggled my door handle in the evening and I heard a scream at some point, but I think it was just horseplay? Let's hope.Amenities are extremely limited, but there was a tiny fridge (it needed to be de-iced and didn't seal) and coffee pot.The pros: Again, the lady at the window was friendly, it's better than sleeping in your car and honestly, the mattress was decently comfortable. I was there for less than 12 hours and got an online deal for $65--that was probably too much, but it was the cheapest place I could find. There's also a delicious Middle Eastern restaurant right down the street, and there were a few stores and the Oregon State Capitol within walking distance.

This establishment bases its prices, deposits and renting policies on whether or not they like you. Deposit: we like you so no deposit/ we don't like you so it's a $110 deposit. Need a credit card: we like you no credit card needed/ we don't like you so a credit card required, no other option. I would like to say that this was a one-time experience and felt maybe it was just because it was me but everybody I know and every time I go there it's an issue. Sometimes they're the cheapest place in town. Hence the reason I still went there but now that I'm no longer homeless and don't need to I have no problem saying how it really is.

I like this hotel I stay here from time to time and never had any major issues. The staff can be a bit cold but they are always willing to work with you. One thing that would be cool to have though would be microwaves..

Went here trying to rent a room after a fun night out and they told me none were available. Yet 85% or more were clearly empty.. Would not recommend even if they were FREE..

Called, the lady was very nice on the phone she gave us a price.. got there she was nice still and told us our price she quoted us. But when we got our check out bill the guy raised the amount another $20. The room was clean, no microwave tho and the one in the office was behind locked doors. Since we were staying longer than overnight, someone knocked on the door the next day ask ask if we wanted clean towels and if we wanted her to take the dirty towels and trash. That was nice. We woke up to someone going thru the dumpsters. Other than that it was a quiet motelThe 3 stars were because of the price upped and the office always locked and no microwave

The rooms are in ok, kind of run down but mostly c loo ean. The staff is warms up slightly after you go stay a couple of nights. The showers are good, good pressure, to plenty of hot water and on general, they leave you alone, unlike so many places in town...Rooms: I will say the rooms have mini fridges which usually work but the only microwave is in the office and to use it, you have to hand it over to the staff to nuke it for you. Guests are not given entrance to the office under any circumstance.

Beds were comfortable enough. They are really noisy so if you move around a lot in your sleep you may wake someone up. Room seemed to have new paint, but every seam in the sheet rock ceiling was already cracking. Cable management for the TV was funny as they have the cable box literally hanging from the back of the TV. Bathroom looked to have had been re tiled compared to some photos I've see. Problem was all the calk seams were moldy. Nightstand was missing its drawer, and the rest of the furniture was pretty beat up. Not the worst place that I have stayed in but for $100 I expected better

Disgusting! We checked into the room and it was freezing. We turned on the heater on high, and left to get food. Over an hour later we came back and the heater was still blowing out ice cold air. It was very easy to work, just only blew cold air. The TV also didn’t work, and the phone didn’t either, no dial tone. We opened a drawer and it had a bowl of molded food that has absolutely been there for a long time and maintence pulled it out for us. The lady at the front desk (it was night) was SO rude. Slammed a window in my face, said that she would only give me half off because “we used the room,” and she argued telling us to clean it when we literally only dropped off our stuff and got food and found the room disgusting. I have kids, one with disabilities, to stay in a room that had mold would be gross. She didn’t offer to change us rooms and expected us to stay in the room. She didn’t apologise: after reading these reviews it looks like the owner gives a great apology and detailed explanation saying how they are “going to fix this moving forward,” however from what I experienced tonight seems like all talk because this hotel has consistent bad reviews. I’m surprised the lady tonight won’t be fired she was yelling at me, slammed the window in my face, she even said “did you use the bathroom?!!!” When I said we only dropped off our stuff. Said we needed to clean it or we wouldn’t get even half off. We didn’t even get the room clean to begin with, the heater didn’t work, tv didn’t work, even the maintence staff said “is your TV not working too?” And I thought he was another resident and his tv didn’t also work. He was very nice and I’m happy he offered to pull the mold bowls from the drawer which he almost couldn’t. I also have pictures and the clock was dirty,

This place is disgusting we stayed in a room one night and ended up staying another night but checking out first when we got the same room the second night are wet towels have been folded up and put back in the bathroom and the same bedding was on the bed. I would not suggest staying here it's a rip off.

Location not ideal, but perfect for our needs near Salem hospital. Was surprisingly well refurbished, clean, and economical. No pool as they are exorbitant to maintain & add $$ to the cost of lodging. Worked with us on day to day payment as we visited my dying sister. Room included a tiny fridge & a safe as well as all expected neccessities, except facial tissue. Very pleased.

Worst place ever! Two queen beds ended up being two double beds. There was only half of a roll of toilet paper for three people to use. Thank goodness I had some in my vehicle. I was charged a $60 deposit. When I turned in the room cards two days later, I asked how long it would take to get my deposit back. I was told five days. Wow, okay. Six days later, still no deposit. I called and asked what was going on. I was told that my money had been refunded. The problem must be with my bank. I have had the same bank for years and have never had this problem before. ABSOLUTELY no stars to this place. My name is Michele Covington Stacy.
