My experience with Kelly's was fantastic. Great selection but most importantly the people are what impressed me. Rex was a good salesman - great suggestions but no pressure. Follow up communication with Charles was excellent - he was very responsive. I love supporting family-owned businesses but not if they offer bad service. This was not the case with Kelly's. Great service and assistance.

We bought a washer and dryer from Kelly's in September 2023. By the grace of God, they had no difficulty accepting our $2,100 for the appliances and installation.By mid-October 2023, the dryer died. Kelly's customer service team shrugged it off as not their problem and directed me to the manufacturer warranty department and the weeks of dryerless amazingness to follow. Fair enough.In summary, I'm better off just buying from a reputable big box store that will accept returns and provide replacements. "Buying local" was a big mistake in this case.

Tom helped us find a great slide-in LG range with double ovens to replace our old range. He took the time to listen to our needs and when the one we were looking for was discontinued, he found the newer model and gave us a great deal, including delivery.The delivery team arrived on time and did a professional job installing the new range and hauled away the old one. Very pleased with our experience.

Smooth and easy and fast. My whole transaction was over the phone. Jase helped me find just the right OTR replacement micro in stock. Gary was here four days later for a quick and efficient install. And just like that, I'm back in business. BTW, my price was $200 lower than other vendors. Happy customer!

Sales representative Todd was very knowledgeable on the product lines (dishwasher). Very engaging, easy to talk to and ask questions. He was quick to answer our questions and concerns. The purchase was super easy, quick delivery and installation.

I had such a great experience at Kelly’s! I purchased a new washer and dryer and was given the greatest customer service. Tami was absolutely amazing and I’m very thankful she walked up to me that day. She went above and beyond for me and I really appreciated the attention she gave me and helped me through the buying process. The delivery went smoothly and everything was all installed effortlessly and was given great customer service with delivery as well. All in all Kelly’s is a great store through purchase and delivery!

When our freezer went out unexpectedly, the team at Kelly’s was beyond helpful. Their prices were fair, and they helped us to navigate financing. The best part is that we love our new fridge! It was delivered in just 2 days, and it’s even nicer than we expected. Will definitely be back with any future appliance needs. Thank you Todd!

Customer experience was off the charts. They held the door for myself and my 4 year old when we entered the store. They greeted me right away and offered assistance. I was very impressed with their service and the fact that they had everything in stock (unlike Lowes or Home Depot). 10/10 recommend.

We bought a washer and a matching dryer on separate occasions, and the floor sales people were friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. It was more expensive than a big box store, but, unlike Lowe's or Home Depot, THERE WERE PEOPLE TO WAIT ON YOU. Also, the men doing the delivery and installation took our old ones away, and fit the newer, bigger machines into our very tight laundry room (I thought we were going to have to take down a door and part of the wall to make them fit). It so beat our experience with Lowe's when we bought a dishwasher, and the installation man broke it installing it, and Lowe's insisted we had to go through the manufacturer or repair. Boo.

I bought a dishwasher from Home Depot and it died after only 1 1/2 years. I bought an extended warranty, so I thought for sure it would be fixed - well after hours and hours and 2 months of EPIC run around, they could not find a part and they could not find anybody to fix it. I will never buy another appliance from Home Depot again, the service was awful. Someone recommended Kelly's to me because they're local and it was a wonderful experience. They helped me pick the right dishwasher that was low maintenance and reliable and the cost was very reasonable and handle their own warranties in house, no calling over seas and getting the constant run around. I can't recommend them enough and I'm particularly grateful for Tom who was the person that helped me that day, I feel like I have a personal Appliance resource now! Like the good ol' days.

After getting screwed by the big orange box store (rescheduled delivery 4 TIMES) we went across the street and found Jase. Extremely helpful from the moment we walked in. He helped us find the exact same package and it was all delivered and installed the next business day. Couldn’t be more happy with our experience. We are Kelly’s customers for life.

Interior designer recommended this place and it is awful. Refrigerator took months to get and we've had constant problems with ice maker, temperature and condensation. Two repairs already after only 2 years of ownership. The store wants no part of repairing or acknowledging the lemon they sold us.

We were not taken care of and are still not being taken care of. I ordered a cooktop and was told that I would receive a call the next week about when we could expect our new cooktop.The salesman went on his honeymoon and left us hanging, never calling us as promised and nobody at the store seemed to know anything about us or our order.It took a month to finally get our cooktop and when it finally arrived, was damaged.Gary, the installation guy, was nice enough to install the damaged unit, didn’t install the fan/vent. Gary has been the best part of buying appliances from Kelly’s. The sales team there doesn’t know what’s going on and they obviously don’t work together on customers cases because when a salesman goes down, there’s nobody there to pick up the ball and run with it. Our salesman, Mike Woodard, is a single point of failure. He couldn’t go on his honeymoon without his clients being left out in the cold. That’s how it felt to me.Gary said that someone would call me back about the damaged appliance. They never did, again.After I called the store about the damaged cooktop, I again spoke with someone who didn’t seem to know anything about my delivery and asked if I could send pictures of the damages to the salesman, Mike Woodard, who apparently was finally back from his honeymoon.I keep getting told that someone will call me and nobody ever does. It’s very frustrating when you’re promised communication and nothing happens.So that’s where we’re at. I’m hoping that Gary can return to connect the fan to the cracked cooktop. When we cook, it stinks up the whole house without a downdraft. And, I know that we’re not going to be seeing our new cooktop for a long while.Overall, I’m very disappointed with the team of salesmen and help we’ve not received for this purchase.Hopefully they can turn things around at this store. I’m amazed at the lack of communication. Unacceptable.
