Wow. Walked by and the sales lady helped me spot a piece of perfection. Ivy Ingram was very knowlegable and helpful. No pressure just bubbly and full of knowledge. So glad I peeked inside. Shocked the heck out of my wife when I replaced her wedding rings.

Just left Kay here at the mall in Salem. Went in for a ring cleaning. Isaac helped me. It was such a nice and educational experience. I wish restaurants and other stores where I shop had customer service like his. I really appreciated him.
