The They/Thems at this store have abandoned showering, and unfortunately THIS store employs several. You can smell these employees from 10' away and they often work the cash registers so you can't escape the stink.

Poorly stocked. Only one cashier and even though she requested someone to come help other employees were just standing around chatting. This used to be a great store. And I'm sure they wonder why they don't have more customers.

Great craft store. Been here many times for quite a few projects. No more public restrooms like most stores and places around here. Can on blame the lovely people that "live" around here.

I love Joanne's. Of all the craft stores, they have the best yarn selection. They also have a good selection of other craft supplies. They have all kinds of sewing supplies, of course.

Today is 9/11/2023, so managers at Joann please note that date.I ordered an item yesterday, maybe two hours till close time. As such, I figured I’d not hear it was ready till the next day (today). This store is normally tip top when it comes to online orders — often within the hour, even! Hence, I wondered if something had gone afoul with the online system.I don’t know who I spoke to, but the woman explained that the item had just come in the afternoon before and it was somewhere in one of the 900 (NINE HUNDRED!) boxes they’d received.She said she wasn’t sure when they’d find it, but they were trying. It’s hard to know how long unpacking a load like that takes but it sounded to me like a lot. And all I’d ordered (actually for my mom so not under my name) was a set of chalk pens!She reassured me it would be at the very latest tomorrow (which seemed crazy fast for such a huge load). I thanked her and crossed my fingers.They must be magicians there because I received a text not even two hours later telling me my pick up order was ready. WOW! Though I don’t know the employees involved in making my order happen, please give them a huge thanks!This is such a great store — always helpful & friendly. And it gets crazy in there sometimes. But they are so patient and friendly. Well done, Joann’s!

I’ve been here a handful of times and everyone is always so nice and helpful. They do not make you feel dumb if you don’t know what you’re doing. They work so hard to keep the store organized. Pleasant place to shop

I like using my coupon here, but some of the girls that work there are rude. I asked a question, and the gal didn't even look at me. She looked frustrated and answered, angry. Then I asked the cashier, and she looked annoyed as well. They need customer service training.

No prices on Golden paints.Request for pricing not made available by staff in back office near the paints. When I suggested I needed to go to another store I was given a feeble, "I'm sorry." Zero offer to me to look up prices. Seven people in line with one cashier. Won't not waste time going back.

Such a great store friendly staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Very large selection of products they have things you wouldn't even think are things, or didn't know you could get. I definitely suggest a stop at this store

This is a very busy store. Lines for fabric cutting and lines for checkout but they move pretty fast. Good selection.
