This is a great place to shop in Salem off of Lancaster in the Old Lancaster Mall. They have a combination of stuff for sewing crafting jewelry making just about anything you want to do although some of it is a little pricey

Prosthetic cup inserts designed for the chest area are available at this store (both silicone/polysiloxane-filled and fabric/foam types). Also, the employees are always happy to apply any relevant discounts, which is thoughtful and makes one want to return!

Susan at the fabric counter was super helpful with a crochet project I wanted to do, and funny as well! The cashier was also nice :)) and my total was 50$ less than I expected! Friendly staff and good sales!
