Jl is the best in the Salem area when it comes to appliances. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Ernie came out and repaired my washer in under an hour. Our family can now have clean clothes on Thanksgiving. You guys are awesome!!!

This is definitely my go to place for appliance needs. Shawn at the Lancaster location recently helped me locate the correct bake element for our range. He was very communicative including via text, and even said he would wait for me to get there to pick it up when the store had just closed. I didn’t make it that evening but when I got to the store the next day Shawn already had my item sitting on the counter for me. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Highly recommended😊 JL always has been great to work with no matter what location I go to in Salem

We hired JL's Appliance to diagnose our dryer. Come to find out, it would have cost us more to repair it than to replace it; service tech recommended refurbished dryers in their store for reasonable prices with 90-day warranties, and an 89.00 dollar service charge for drop off and take away and made the appointment within 3 days. The outstanding customer service we received was amazing! Would definitely recommend JL's Appliance always! ?

Great service in the store and quick, friendly delivery. We needed a basic washer and they found what we needed with no upselling or pressure. The delivery was on time and super efficient . Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I called JL's to see how soon then could have a part for my refrigerator as my wife and I would rather shop local then ordering online from random place. When I called he not only told me they could have the part to me the next day but the part was also a better deal. My wife and I always prefer to shop locally first so I definitely went with the local option and even if it had been more than the option online I would have shopped locally. I was told the parts are typically in between 10:00am and 12:00pm and would receive a call.The next day at 12:20 I had still not heard from JL's so I contacted them to see when I could head down to pick up the part that was supposed to be in only to find out from a different employee that now now the part won't be here until the next day which at this point does leave me in a bind and if I had just ordered the part online it would have been here the day it was promised. My wife and I are believers that people like to shop local and support local. However, with the unfortunate lack of communication from JL's and other small businesses alike this is what is driving consumers to shopping online and at the big online appliance parts houses. I can say my frustration could have been resolved with a simply phone call however it is sad to see that JL's Appliance is just another company that does not concern themselves with how this may affect the consumer.Very disappointed consumer,Timothy Gentry

This store and employees are amazing! I recently needed to replace my washer/dryer combo and from. The first call, Lois was knowledgeable friendly and recommended the perfect set to fit my small space at a very reasonable cost.
The delivery crew went way above and beyond with getting set up and even assisted in changing out the very old ducting for safety. Highly recommend and will be using for any future appliance needs.

Great experience, we needed a larger freezer, as they are selling as fast as they can be refurbished ( they also sell new) we got on the list for one asap, he got one ready and two nice young men delivered it at a convenient time. It's full and keeping things nice and frozen. I would definitely buy from them again and hope you check them out. He owns at least two when I was looking the one on Edgewater in West Salem had a larger selection. Both stores had great customer service and very nice employees.
