Excellent customer service! They truly stand behind their work. We had some vibration inside our driver door. Took it in and they fixed it right away on the spot AND they even topped off the air in our tires, something I haven't had a chance to go do being a busy mom. It's little things like this that sets a place apart, especially in today's world where you're nickel and dimed for everything.

Jackson's did great work on my car, repairing it from a rear end collision, and they did it in a timely fashion. Awesome paint match, nice restoration of the bumper components, looks like it did before it got rear ended. Thank you

Jacksons did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. It took quite a while for them to get the parts (they are not to blame for supply chain issues) every time I called to check they were kind and upbeat and helpful. My car looks brand new and while it's only been a day or two I'm confident in the job they did. They went above and beyond working with the insurance company and overall just very lovely to do business with them.

As someone who has been involved in mechanics my entire life, I recently had an interaction with this organization that left me deeply disappointed. I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others. From the beginning, I had heard positive things about their work. However, the billing process they outlined to me raised serious concerns. Despite my extensive knowledge in mechanics, I was told that if I obtained a private quote, they would not communicate with the insurance company at all and would only bill me directly. This approach seemed odd and raised questions about their commitment to ensuring proper repairs and working collaboratively with all parties involved. It's important to note that in Oregon, it is our right as consumers to choose any shop we desire and have our vehicle repaired to its pre-loss condition, as mandated by Oregon law. Insurance companies are legally responsible for paying for the repairs they are liable for, regardless of their willingness to do so. If insurance companies refuse to fulfill their legal obligations, they may face legal consequences, including potential lawsuits.Transparency, integrity, and a commitment to restoring vehicles to their pre-loss condition should be paramount in the automotive repair industry. Unfortunately, this organization fell short in these areas.Based on my extensive experience in mechanics, the refusal to work with the insurance company if a private quote is obtained, and the concerning billing process described, I made the decision not to proceed with their services. It's crucial for any business to prioritize the interests of their customers, provide transparent estimates, and ensure repairs are conducted with the highest standards, while also collaborating effectively with both the customer and the insurance company. In conclusion, I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering this organization for their repair needs. The billing process, lack of customer focus, and their refusal to work with the insurance company if a private quote is obtained raise significant concerns about their commitment to quality repairs, customer satisfaction, and adherence to legal obligations. Conduct thorough research, seek multiple estimates, and trust your instincts before making a decision.Remember, your hard-earned money.

This is a review and progress, they currently have one of our vehicles that was damaged, we were at zero fault and decided to use these guys as their reviews were for the most part decent. We had our vehicle towed to them and they were quick to give us the estimate. They worked with the insurance and got the repairs done and a decent amount of time, however, when we receive the vehicle back there was multiple paint defects and little things that were missed, they called us back and we dropped off the vehicle for corrections. Will update soon

Horrible customer service. Short older man, apparently the owner, was INCREDIBLY RUDE.My husband called last week and asked about bringing a truck in for a quote for some bumper repair. It's my son's '79 Square body Chevy pickup. We've struggled finding a shop to take such an old truck for body repair, having called dozens of shops. So he had confirmed that the person on the phone (Carol) had heard the age, model, etc. of the truck (he provided every detail) and that it would be ok to bring in? She said yes, they work on old trucks and to bring it in. My son and husband both took time off to take it in. My husband traveled from Albany. My son came from Keizer. That was a costly trip in an old pickup truck gas guzzler. The owner came out, took one look at it, and said "No" because of it's age. ?♀️ And according to my son and husband, he was very very rude, saying things like "I'm not touching that!" Very gruff and cranky. Then when I called to talk to Carol, she was very short with me. No apology or anything. She said "I'll take the blame" but that was about it. She couldn't care less. What an epic waste of time and money! DON'T TELL PEOPLE YOU WORK ON CERTAIN TRUCKS IF YOU DON'T!!! They took time out out of their days and wasted gas money going all the way to Salem for NOTHING!!!! I'm shocked they have such high reviews. ?Also, BE NICER TO PEOPLE. ✌️

Today I went to Jackson's to get an estimate on my car and while I was in the office waiting to be helped, I witnessed the owner screaming and be littling one of his employees. The poor guy was almost in tears. I had to walk out because it was so hard to watch. I refuse to do business with a company that treats there employees in much a manner. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
