Did my taxes last year with Jackson Hewitt, they were great then. The guy claiming to be a “tax professional” that’s there now that can’t speak English is rude and unprofessional. I called him with questions because I wasn’t understanding a part of my taxes and he told me to Google or check on Reddit, yelled at me, and hung up.

I sent my brother to Jackson Hewitt in Salem and Paul did his taxes. She did a great job at getting him his biggest refund. Would highly recommend Jackson Hewitt!!

Beth is wonderful. I’ve going back to her. Very time . But the cost was very pricey for me this year. Was disappointed on the cost to prepare a simple tax return.
