Had return that involved social security, pensions, sole proprietorship, and miscellaneous small issues. Tax preparer was great and was able to answer all our questions.

They say they'll give you reminders but nothing. I tried calling 5 times and no answer. I still can't get a hold of them and I've talked to other h&r blocks in the area.

Pestered with repeated calls to get me to begin my tax preparations WHILE I HAD ALREADY BEGAN WITH THEIR PREPARER. Inept preparer that disregarded several written requests. Forced to add the peace of mind and tax identity fraud options. Save yourself a lot of time and headaches and avoid H&R Block completely.

I arrived to get my have my taxes completed only to find that the female (Kristen) had no clue how to do them. The normal tax prep rep was out due to medical issues. I sat around for forty minutes while she googled questioned and continuously stated she was not for sure. Only ending up telling that there was no need for me to do my taxes at all since she is almost positive I will not be receiving a refund this year anyway. She handed me my tax information and wished me lucked. I would not recommend this place at all, Kristen needs to find a new career!
