They have a code you can scan to tip the staff- wish more hotels did that!Noteworthy details: Front staff was excellent and extremely caring. And fresh baked cookies! Comes with breakfast at Dennys.”

“Lots of security posted up on balcony's/hiding in shadows(at least I think they are security) two RVs doing a engine swap in parking lot and a whole village of nodders out front. Sketchy at best. Heat wave of cops in and out all night long. Perks- pets ok, visitors ok, traffic is also ok.Rooms: No fridge.”

“I love so many things about The Grand: the location, the underground parking (safe and dry!), walkability to downtown area, the quiet atmosphere inside the hotel, great dining at Bentley's, the absolute cleanliness of the room and the grounds, the fantastically pleasant staff - from desk to waitstaff - all deserving of five stars. Yay! The only issue I've had at this property is the bed. If you are a firm bed lover, you'll be right at home. For me, the bed is so firm that I can't get a good night's sleep. I toss and turn from the innerspring coils nailing my my hip. I realize that's just me, but it would be nice to have a bed that's less firm. Because the other enviable features more than make up for it during a short stay, I'll be back again. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and the property in general. Well done, Grand Hotel!”
