They did a great job performing a wellness check for my leopard gecko. It's so nice having a vet in Salem that can handle looking at reptiles and was able to address any of my concerns.

It wasn't the worst vet visit but it was not very informative. They really didn't do much for the wellness exams of my two ferrets and I left feeling like not all my questions were answered.

Took my dog there was told since it's been so long my cat will be treated as a new intake, she has an infected eye. Oh sorry we are booked up until September. Was not to friendly either.

ETA: I've noticed the owner will not respond if someone mentions bad vet care. So the owner knows they are intentionally hiring uneducated vets and ignoring those comments. ??♀️ Do better amd stop killing animals.
Do NOT trust Dr Welch with any bunny. HE WOULDN'T EVEN TREAT STASIS!! What exotic vet can't and refuses to treat stasis?? I had my vet take this clinic off it's recommended exotic vet list because of how incompetent he was. They were shocked he refused to help a BASIC and COMMON bunny illness. Better off finding a different vet before your bunny gets sick and he almost kills it.

I take all my animals here. It's a small office, but the people are kind and the prices are fair. I don't spend a lot of time here, thankfully, but if needed, I am confident in their knowledge and compassion for animals.
