A leaky valve on a tire had me with a badly worn tire in Salem with 400 more miles to go to get home. At the end if their day the team at Hillyer's found me a tire that would fit on my odd-sized rim, mounted, balanced and on my way within 30 minutes. Can't say how much I appreciate you guys helping me get home.

This is a family owned shop that has been around for a while.
I came all the way from Eugene after calling just about 10 days prior.
I was told to arrive at 8 a.m. and expected to make a day of it, but i was back on the road in a few hours.
I originally talked to someone standing in for Mary, the main person running the front, and my call and date was lost in the confusion. However, Mary really went out of her way to make sure i felt welcome and that my car was looked at.
I would highly recommend this shop, not only for their work. But for their integrity as family owned business, genuinely looking to provide quality service to their community. As i waited, i watched numerous folks come in for help and all were treated with kindness and an eager to serve.
This place gives me the vibes of the original Les Scwabb before it went corporate.
I would happily drive the hour north for services i can't find closer and would recommend the business for everyone in the Salem and surrounding areas.

We were on a long road trip and having issues with our trailer brakes and ended up at Hillyers based on a recommendation. Words cannot describe our appreciation for the service we were provided and the thoroughness and attentiveness given. Truly feel blessed to have ended up at Hillyers and cannot recommend them enough!

Mary was very considerate and personable to my questions. Brian without a doubt is the best guy to have worked on my truck. He solved the biggest headache I had with my truck and fixed it within 2 days. I can't find enough kind words to say about the service at Hillyer's Tire & Wheel. Would and will recommend to anyone with auto problems to go there.
