Note - I did not order services or product from this business but wanted to share my negative interaction with this company. One of their trucks pulled out in front of me on Highway 22 just east of Stayton from the gravel quarry. Not only did I have to brake to avoid an accident the truck threw gravel on the highway and into my windshield cracking it. I called their dispatch office afterwards and was told that they would take care of it and to send pics of the damage which I did. I also had witnesses to this. The company completely blew me off stating that it was my fault and they have signs on their trucks to stay back. Kind of hard to do when they pull in front of you like they did. So no answers to emails with proof and pictures. No calls back. I'm out $400 because of the negligence of this company. I would not use them for any service based off how they treated me and the actions of their drivers and management.

I love to go there to pick out rocks. They are very safety conscience. There are a lot of moving vehicles in the area, and they really keep an eye on everyone's safety. There's a lady that works the front entrance shed, and she is wonderful. They have all been very nice and helpful.. I usually go in and take buckets and buy rocks by the bucket. I also go through the pile of broken stone and I get a lot from that pile for only four cents a pound! Great place.

The two guys spray the bark told me was fine got on the cars the have a blower to blow it off my vehicles but I told them not ok cause scratches the paint job but also look at the radiator that they couldn't get to what it did this isn't ok to me

Joel, Jon & Brad teamed up over three days to bring us over 225 yards of particular soil for a cap & fill drainfield. Awesome trucks and operators. They communicated excellently and performed even better!!!

Had 15 yards of topsoil delivered and it was put in garden boxes and distributed across the grass. Beautiful! what a great job they did! In a short time!

My experience is not as a customer but a resident of their customer. Outside of not gettng a notice that they were coming and that I needed to move my items off the patio, I was woken up to a blower blowing bark chip dust into my room on my bed and on me as I slept. I cleaned off and attempted to go back to sleep only. I finally hit the window to get his attention and pointed out the mess on my bed, and he told me to contact his boss. I emailed the company and attempted to rest more but couldn't. I went to check my mail and discovered they had distroyed my belongings on my patio including: ALL my herb plants except my 2 Herb of Grace (Rue), my jasmine starts, my thai consulation propagation, dwarf jade plant, broke leaves of my aloe. I only found 1 of 3 of my birdhouse gourd pots and am not sure if the seed is in the soil. My spent bulbs were knocked out of their pots, and wet barkdust was on everything... my rug was destroyed, and I had to throw it out. What's worse is they justify their actions, said it wasn't intentional, and that their guys are good people and stand by them saying, "We understood everyone was notified that we were coming."Even though he was standing amongst my broken things...he continued to explain the "process. " While he did apologize, they refused to clean the area and replace my plants. My apartment management company offered assistance to clean it up and a $50 gc to Target. My rosemary bush and thai constilation alone are $50. I will be contacting my rental insurance company in the morning and let them deal with Highway Fuel Co...the pictures show this isn't a matter of communication but that your company arranged by this destructive act with disregard. Are you ok leaving a job like this? The condition HFC left my space is not how others with items on their porches were. It's not even up for debate.

3 years ago my wife and I did our own bark dust at our house. It took 3 days to get it spread out and looking the way we wanted. Today we had highway fuel come out and the guys were in and out in 45 minutes! They were very helpful and amazing to work with, there is no chance I will ever do my bark dust myself again. I would highly recommend Highway Fuel

Landed a gift certificate at an auction that has been used throughout the year for things such as bark and decorative landscaping rocks. The people are friendly and very helpful every time we have worked with them.

you did not meet our expectations; you exceeded them!! I had a bid from another company and for two weeks they just kept telling me that they did their commercial customers first, and then as there was time they would do residential jobs. after two weeks of waiting I called you and got a delivery time three days later. Thanks to you, and the great driver and I will look no further than your company in the future!
