Really disappointed with this insurance company. I know I bear the responsibility, but my renters insurance lapsed. No renewal call, no email (they claimed they sent one but I searched my gmail and spam relentlessly), and no postcard. Needless to say, I discovered this when there was a break-in. I know it’s my responsibility but for the haircut they take on my policies, they can follow up once a year. When I asked them about their non-contact, the lame excuse I got was “corporate says it’s too much liability”. So insurance wasn’t there when I needed it. Well they can keep their corporate insurance and I went somewhere else. Zero stars.

No voice overs, no recordings, no “press one for this or press 2 for that”. Someone always answers, I ask for my insurance agent and I’m put through. I clearing why I’m calling and I get the result. Love it

George at JPI was delightful to work with. He was very patient with questions, adjusted quotes, and explained in detail all aspects of the policies. I will definitely use JPI again and would highly recommend them to others!

Thank you so much Teresa ❤️ You are wonderful. This place is definitely 5 stars! The ladies here are so sweet and very helpful. I really like the new location. Today I had to renew my car insurance and add renters insurance, I brought my children with me(one being 3, so a handful) Teresa was very patient and to the point she made less stressful for me ? Gina is the lovely lady who welcomed us, she's a doll. Thank you JPI!

PEMCO has been great to work with. Very attentive and less expensive than local competitors. I used them for home owner's insurance and a flood rider when purchasing a new home. I could not have afforded the insurance payment without them. Great customer service and very knowledgeable.
