I had to rent a car for a few weeks after my old car was wrecked. The process was quick & easy. The manager there, Austin, was very nice & helpful. He got me checked out quickly. Returning the car was very easy as well - I pulled up & dropped the keys off. He did a quick walk-around of the car & told me I was good to go. Very friendly & personable. If I ever need to rent a car again, I will definitely go through this location.

This place is a complete scam. I have to get cars through here while my Jeep is in for service. Apparently, this is the place the Jeep dealer uses. I have always dropped the rental off at Jeep and Jeep returns it to Hertz. I did this the last time, then a month later, Hertz starts calling me saying I owe them over $500 for returning the car with a nail in the tire... There was no nail in the tire and they failed to contact me for a month. This is a complete scam. I will never rent form them.

I absolutely regret my initial review.
These guys will screw you out of every penny and leave you with all the headache.
Don’t answer their questions.
Don’t answer “how much are you looking to spend” or “how much a month can are you looking to spend”
That will use EVERY BIT of information to extract as much cash as possible.
They ran my credit without my permission.
The salesman, I won’t say his name,
(But his name is in the title of a popular movie named M**** Python)
He told me “oh, most customers want us to run a full credit report to make sure they get the car they want”
That is absolutely unethical.
Do not do not do not purchase from him, or any Hertz dealership.
They do not care about your financial obligation.
