I've been with this credit union since the middle 80s. I've had multiple personal and auto loans. I've been very satisfied with each.

Terrible company, extremely high and unfair interest rates and they said my insurance didn't have the proper coverage so I made the changes they requested and they are still saying it's not the proper coverage. I am taking my loan elsewhere and advise anyone else to do the same.

Decent bank to conduct business with. They will discriminate against you it's happened 3 times to me personally. Then I had the bank teller tell me they have to hold my check because the amount I was trying to deposit wasn't matching with my balance ... um what .? .. Overall it's a good bank, nice people, but care to the community needs to improve!

I have banked with this credit union since I was a child (20+years) all of a sudden they took away my right to use mobile deposit from my app. I have been using this feature for years, since it was a thing! No notes on my account explaining why, so they ask the manager..they just state as of now I don’t have access and to try back in 3-6 months.. I keep asking why it changed. I haven’t had any bounced checks, overdrafts, or any mobile deposit checks get turned down. No explanation and this is a huge inconvenience for me! Will be switching banks to a place that likes to work with their customers and at bare minimum give an explanation as to why their account accessibilities have changed.

Heritage Grove randomly decided to perform online banking “scheduled maintenance” that was not posted on their website, Facebook, or Twitter. They sent no emails in advance, no texts, and gave no warning that their entire online banking system would be down. They give no information on how long it will be down, and they have decided not to accept incoming ACH Direct Deposits. So not only was my entire paycheck delayed, but I had no access to transfer funds from my savings through the app or the website. It is greatly appreciated when I cannot access my own money, with no information regarding when it will be available to me. I have extensive experience in the financial industry, and this is the first time I have witnessed a financial institution delaying the acceptance of an incoming ACH. This is also the first time I have ever seen a website perform “scheduled maintenance” that has no ETA, and no additional information whatsoever.Leading up to this point, Heritage Grove has been great. Unfortunately, I will be cancelling my membership.

All of their new staff is incredibly rude. My entire family uses them and we had similar experiences. Not to mention, the lady that was at the window today was super unhelpful. Will be fully closing at my account after banking with them for 10+ years.

I called the bank twice today and my husband called 2 times as well. My husband left a detailed message as asked in the recording since teller line was busy. No one called us back. Pulled up at Drive Through at 5:06 pm. The teller Sandra advised they close at 5:00 now and she couldn't help. I tried to explain the situation. I also had my husband on my cell phone also trying to help understand and explain. Sandra refused to help. She blamed it being the 1st as why no one called us back. Garrett also a teller did nothing to help. All I needed to do was transfer between 2 Heritage Grove accounts and this is something I cannot do on the website or app because they are not shared accounts.This is a transfer I have made monthly for 6 years. The right thing to do would have been to make an exception and process the transfer. Apologize for not returning my call and offering to have a manager call back tomorrow. I have banked at this credit union for 9 years and I have never been treated so poorly. Where has customer service gone in this world?

Decent bank. Just don't file any disputes. They won't help you and will find any reason not to. I'll probably go to a different bank that cares about their customers. I filed a dispute because a company isn't fulfilling their warranty and the bank said they won't help me because, "they tried to resolve it it with me." When they didn't try to resolve it with me, they're just trying to rip me off and Heritage Grove doesn't care that they are.

Heritage Grove Salem Office explained to me June 29, 2021 that I should know I might experience some risk in dealing with them. I sent money by wire and it was lost. After 29-days HGrove explained they are not responsible for some fraud or errors and my loss is not their responsibility. Since I can’t depend on HGrove to protect my money, sadly after many years as a customer, I have to transfer to a bank that protects my money. JRHawley

I was so happy my family recommended working with Heritage Grove for my auto loan. They were great with getting helping me find an auto loan for a good rate. Also I was approved and financed in the same day, awesome!

I have dealt with this company for quite some time I was with them when they were originally Oregon Employees Federal Credit Union now they're the Heritage Grove Federal Credit Union I love the workers they are very friendly caring and generous and they're willing to answer any questions you have and if they do not know they're willing to find out for you and get back to you as soon as possible thank you guys so very much you guys have done me good in the almost 20 years I've had you I look forward to continuing to do business with you

This place has never been great, but now they are using Covid as an excuse for extremely poor management. The lack of competent management has caused them to fail in providing the most basic banking services. I don't think this is a business that will survive in the current climate. Refusing coin deposits while at the same time refusing to distribute coins even in small amounts makes this company part of the problem, not part of the solution.

Have been a member of Heritage Grove for over 25 years. Have always had wonderful customer & banking service. Can't imagine banking anywhere else!
