This is one of the worse places for customer service! Messaged me almost 10pm the night before an appointment that had been set up at least a month in advance! Told me your slot is no longer available Rude!!! Horrible and I'm a first time customer( not anymore)! America is declining in manners!

Not bad, but not great. I booked an appointment with Elisha for my bangs. I have a regular stylist up in Beaverton, but her schedule and my schedule makes it really difficult for impromptu services in between the regularly scheduled color sessions. I decided I had enough of the way my curtain bangs were styled, and I wanted to have some modification to make them a style I felt more confident with. I picked Elisha because of her experience and style and thought that she would be able to give me a bang change that was trendy and fit my face. When I got there, Elisha said it would be just a minute, and she was working on another client. I thought that was a bit odd, given that she had changed my appointment time to 15 minutes earlier than what I had requested, but I wasn't too worried as it was just a bang trim/appointment. However, another stylist was checking out a different client, and after she was finished, she looked at me and said, "Are you ready?" I was confused, as I had specifically requested Elisha, but I certainly didn't want to be rude, especially for such a minor appointment and for something that was so low in cost. Interestingly, enough, most places will do a bang trim for five or $10, and this salon was a $25 minimum. Again, I knew this going into it, but I was fine with it, because I felt that I would be in good hands and even if the service was five dollars, I probably would've taught tipped double or triple if I had walked out of there feeling really good about what the stylist had done. The stylist wasn't 100% sure of what I was wanting, based on the pictures I was giving her, and that's understandable. I left with bangs that were OK. Certainly not the experience I was hoping for, but that's not her fault. Overall, it was fine. I guess I just would have expected that if a different stylist was going to do my hair, even if it was a bangs appointment, that they would have notified me ahead of time and allowed me to reschedule if I wanted to. As I mentioned, and maybe this is my error but I did not want to cause an issue over a relatively minor appointment, though it wasn't entirely minor to me. Just a little unprofessional and left lacking, but no major issues. Probably wouldn't return.

Laurie is just the best. She was gentle with my hair since I’ve had damage from doing it at home and she left me with the softest hair ever. It looks so beautiful and she made sure everything was perfect and gave me lots of tips. So excited to go back there again!

Laurie has been working miracles on my hair for the last three years. She has conquered every challenging color and style I have asked for (even getting my awful at-home Overtone-red color to a beautiful blonde, and now with red and pastel pink lowlights!!!) with an artistic flair. Elisha is very knowledgeable and talented as well. They are a great team. There is always a great atmosphere in the salon, I highly recommend them!

I came to this salon from recommendations of friends. I had been doing my own color for years but as I was getting older, my hair started to change and needed professional attention. Elisha was and continues to be a miracle worker. Somehow she knows what to do to make my hair feel and look amazing- best it has ever been! Even the cuts are completely gorgeous. And an added bonus, the shampooing experience is so relaxing. In summary- glad to have found her and I highly recommend.

I am super happy with Havana! Clean and cute establishment, comfortable yet professional environment, everyone is really nice, and Elisha is amazing! I went in with the idea of a haircut and came out with a full new look. They gave me over 6 hours of their time and transformed my hair. I had a lot of color correction that needed to be done. I wanted to go lighter, but I appreciate what they chose for me. I think it turned out better than what I was asking.Services: Balayage

Unfortunately I can’t recommend this Salon. I cried for 2 hours after coming home because I worked 2 weeks overtime to be able to get my hair done. I paid $250 for orange highlights when I wanted blonde. I have to go get box color to fix this because I can’t go like this to an upcoming event.
