Tim (the owner) was awesome! He came out on the weekend; because that's when everything breaks, right!?!? Tim was incredibly knowledgeable and kept us apprised of each step of diagnosing the problem with our freezer. He ultimately fixed the problem and saved us thousands in lost foods and buying a new freezer!
