Went shopping with my husband on Saturday night, we had a shopping cart with about 1000 in home improvement supplies, we left the cart in the plumbing isle near the cash registers to go grab a few more items, and when we returned back to the cart, it was gone. I went to customer service to check with the to see if they had moved it some where and we were told that they had put everything back in the shelve and according to them we had left the cart unattended for about 1/2 hour. It was a total lie, and no employee offered to help. Worst shopping experience ever, no courtesy, no professionalism and the worst part is that the store manager heard us complain about it and he continued to do work on what ever he was doing with out offering any help. Lowes is a better place to shop.

I went to HD today to get a carpet cleaner I had seen on the website. the website indicated that there were six in stock and listed the aisle number which I thought was very helpful since this store has very few sales associates apparently I have learned from past visits. I found the display model at the aisle specified in the website but the boxes below were caged in with a lock. i went to look for a sales associate and finally found one. he refered me to another sales associate. The sales associate looked around but couldn't find the model I was looking for so she told me she would have to check with someone on the whereabouts of the stock item. she came back and told me to follow her and led me to another part of the store where she showed me boxes of another model which I didn't want. inventory quantities are helpful only if they are accurate and if they can be found. anyhow I shop at HD because it is close but this trip was a complete waste of time.

It would be really cool if your phone system just simply up on customers after 4 or 5 rings. Don't appreciate have to drive 40 miles to see if something is in stock because there is nobody available to answer my call.

Absolutely horrendous customer service and experience at this location, especially from the Store Manager Brian Scott. I returned some extra flooring I purchased and forgot my wallet at the customer service desk. After getting home I realized it left it and went right back to the store to get it. I was told by a manager it was found outside by a customer and turned in and they would go get it. After handing me my wallet I immediately saw all of the cash ($370) was taken out of my wallet and confronted the manager about where my wallet was found. An employee overheard the conversation and came over and said he was the one that found my wallet right after I left and it was at the customer service desk and he immediately handed it to customer service who told him the knew who it belonged to because they had just helped me. The manager said he would file a report with corporate and I would receive a call Monday when loss prevention could look at their camera footage. I didn't hear anything back from them by Monday so on Tuesday I went back to the store and asked for a manager. While waiting for a manager the same girl who helped me at customer service was working and saw me and asked if I was back to get my wallet. I told her I got it but all of my cash was missing out. She said she was the one who sent it back to their vault room and nobody touched anything in it before she sent it back. The store manager Brian Scott arrived at this point and I explained everything going on. He said he wasn't aware of the incident and he would check around with his other managers and give me a call. I asked for some type of incident number or way to follow up and he told me "I don't log every incident that happens in the store or I wouldn't get any work done." Not exactly the kind of response I would expect from a store manager, but it's no wonder someone wouldn't fear stealing from a customer's wallet with that type of poor management. I've now had to file a police report and have local law enforcement request the store video to do their own investigation. I definitely won't be shopping at this Home Depot ever again.

Learn how to use a computer and use home depot's programs... also get better customer service that doesn't recharge you for a product that you're trying to exchange a new product for because the previous product was damaged upon receivable. plus not telling you that they're going to charge you when they haven't even refunded you yet.

I had a difficult time deciding which plywood and how much I needed for my project but once I talked it through with Dave, he helped me decide what I needed and cut it to the size I needed. Thanks Dave!

We bought a faucet online from the Salem Home Depot. When the box came parts were missing. We had hired Home Depot to install the faucet. Spent $128.... had to go to Corvallis to get a new one... they now tell me 28 dec to be installed. When we were hoping for it to be installed before thanksgiving.... I talked to the manager, was assured I would get a call back with a new date since we have waited so long.... no return call. Of course they have me by the short hairs as I have already paid for the installation.... Never again, Lowe's or Jerry's will get my business from now on...... Being told sorry doesn't cut it...I will never shop here again

This is the second time I pre-ordered from the pro desk pick up. This is the second time they did not have the order ready when they said they would and I waited for an hour only to be told they still have not started to put the order together. No one really knows what's going on down there and I encourage you to use a different store.

On Thursday 7/9/20, I went into Home Depot to grab a few things including 2 1x3 pine boards for a project. The bay where the boards should have been was empty so I was looking at other options and found a very helpful employee Frank who talked to me about different types of wood I could use for my project and when I explained why I had deviated from the original wood he found out that they did have some in stock but that it was still packed up. He and another employee got the pallet down for me and Frank helped me pick out the perfect boards for my project. I really appreciate him going the extra mile, especially while helping other customers smoothly through the entire process. I worked retail for years and appreciate the extra effort to help me leave with exactly what I needed. Make sure Frank gets the kudos he deserves!

rude manager and employees, after waiting for over half an hour and two employees ignoring me called for a manager, he was rude. Passed up buying over $400 of yard tools and will not go back and buy the riding lawnmower that was next.
