“Jeremy, the store Sales Manager at Dovetails in Salem Oregon, was excellent at knowing the product he was selling and he is a wonderful furniture expert. He was patient, wanted to make sure we were happy with what we chose, he provided personal attention when needed and time for us to discuss when we need to make decisions. He provided options and suggestions but was never pushy and no add on warranty needed since the furniture has lifetime warranty and Dovetails carries quality wood furniture. Mainly wood products are sold here, like Amish and Mission style furniture but they have a variety like outdoor furniture & other styles as well. We are awaiting the beautiful swivel rocker/glider and ottoman we ordered!”

“Great experience! I recently purchased a new mattress and while I hope it lasts for many years, I will absolutely return to BedMart if I need another bed. Hugo was professional and patiently answered my questions. I was confident with my choice, but after about a week I decided my new mattress was a little too firm. I returned today and received the same great customer service. Hugo and his colleague were kind and even tried clear the snow and ice by my car while I paid. I highly recommend this store and look forward to my replacement mattress tomorrow.”

“I absolutely love this store!!! The environment is so clean and inviting. The owner is always behind the counter working, she is incredibly sweet! Everything is put together so effortlessly, it’s not too crowded or over decorated. They have a ton of local artists and crafters as well as vintage items! There is a ramp, elevator and stairs, to use. They are very accommodating for mobility. It’s definitely a must, add it to your thrifting rotation! They have lots of events and pop up surprises, follow them on fb and instagram for updates!”

Open early for the holidays (7 am) which let me get shopping in before work. Bathroom was clean. All around nice shopping experience.”
