Thanks to Renee at Freeman Motors who replied to my online message and she went above and beyond to help answer my questions and organize my drive. It was an easy deal process and done politely and professionally. I met multiple people during the process and they were polite and easy to talk with. They are down to earth, very low pressure and they work hard to create a positive environment. You will be surprised when you relax listening to music and they wear t shirts and not suits. You go there because they have the best selection of used high end cars, it’s fun to see all the greatest cars in one place. I recommend this dealer. Well done Renee.

My parents were recently in the market for a new vehicle and I shopped online for them. Freeman Motors of Salem was my first stop and my last. I have previously purchased online from Freeman and the experience was top notch. My parents were somewhat skeptical about purchasing sight unseen, but I assured them there would be no issues. Car was delivered to them by friendly sales staff. Positive experience from start to finish! They love their beautiful VW Tiquan. The people at Freeman are friendly and helpful. I will start here for my next vehicle purchase.

We had a great experience with Freeman Motors. Not only did they have all of the cars I wanted to look at, they were not pushy AT all. Renee was a pleasure to deal with. Our car that we purchased was already priced very well, which made negotiations easy. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend them. We will be back when we are ready for our next vehicle.

Renee was awesome helping me with an out of state purchase. She was on top of everything and was even working on her day off to ensure I had everything I needed. Kept me very well informed every step of the way. I received lots of pictures that thoroughly showed me the condition of the car. On receipt of the vehicle, I had no surprises and everything was exactly as presented, in perfect condition.

I had a wonderful experience with Freeman Motor in Oregon! I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them. Let me start by saying, this was my first experience ever purchasing a vehicle inter-state. I am from Arizona and found this vehicle online. It had all the specs I wanted, it was just in a whole other state!
After clicking on the inquiry button, I had a text within minutes! Enter, Renee, the angel! She made this process so comforting and easy for me. I have to say, I was a bit apprehensive at first, but she was excellent! She sent me a video of the exterior/interior/answered all questions I had. She was so responsive and communicative! Even though it was my first experience with an inter-state transaction, she and her team were very well-versed in deals like this, as they are a dealership that has beautiful Euro vehicles that people from all over the country are interested in!
Eric, in accounting was also very helpful and friendly; as well as the porter, Bryan! He picked us up from Portland and drove us to their showroom in Salem.
