Kayla in Customer Service was the most pleasant customer service I have received in a long time. Not only was she clear and concise in her communication but she went above and beyond to save me time and money. We need more Kayla's these days for certain.

I needed a ring resized at the last minute. Arlene in the jewelry department was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Customer Service is tough to find in some places, but Arlene goes above and beyond to make sure her customers have what they need, in a timely manner.
