So sad to see this place go downhill. Even the employees that used to be friendly are now rude and offering bare minimum customer service. It’s not their fault, the wheels of Kroger grind on.

I am appalled at how unprofessional this pharmacy is. I asked to transfer my meds from rite aid and they did but only filled 2 of them. The man at the counter with silver curly hair scoffed at my insurance, acted disgusted by it and I have insurance because my husband died of a Vietnam injury. I find it very unprofessional that this man scoffed at my insurance and acted disgusted by Tricare saying they don't pay us enough. Please find a different pharmacy. I wanted to warn everyone. Also. They filled my meds not even bothering to look to see what insurance I had.

This pharmacy is awful. 0 out of 0 do not recommend. Long and slow lines. Never automatically fill prescriptions sent by my doctor - I always have to go in and then they start filling them. Then send me texts saying they are ready when they aren't. Or dont text me at all. So I waste my time going in 2 or 3 times. Then they are almost always out of even basic things and it is a 1 week wait. I asked for something over the counter they carry. They argued with me if I needed it. It is over the counter, so none of your business. I don't mind waiting an hour or two, but you are lucky to get it in the same day or week. Nevermind if it something you really nee Everything is mailed out. Don't go here. It is awful.d.

Worst customer service experiences. They dont listen to customers. I was told one thing about my prescription then went to get the rest of it filled a d guess what they didnt do it the way they told me.

Seriously, do yourself a favor and try to go elsewhere. I recognize that there is still a labor shortage, but it's impossible to get anything done in a timely manner. They also leave you standing waiting for a pharmacist to \\\"consult\\\" before you can buy your prescription and leave, even though you've already been briefed by a doctor, nurse, or other medical professional.

Thank you Fred Myer I am now eating much more healthy than ever. I have lowered my meat and egg intake greatly. I'm not eating unhealthy snacks or any junk food. I've greatly reduced by need for butter, and dairy products. It's a shame you don't seem to realize that you will lose a lot of people who have learned some financial discipline during the pandemic like myself. I shudder to think how much food is going to waste!! Fred Meyer was always overly expensive it is now horrifically so, much more than comparable supermarkets in the area for the exact same brands. In addition your meat and produce are certainly not any better and often worse than cheaper stores. Also there seem to be few employees ever on the floor to ever ask a question.

Super bummed. Did my grocery shopping on Sunday and purchased a pork shoulder to make pulled pork. I opened it Tuesday morning and it was rancid. The smell was so bad I literally ran it outside to the trash can. $15 down the drain. I don't live close by and have zero desire to go fish it out, drive with the stinky meat in the car to return it. Sadly won't be purchasing meat from Fred meyers anymore.

Nice Fred Meyers. It is a smaller version than most Freddie's. The produce selection is nice just small. The meat department has little to no seafood. The deli is just deli stuff no meat counter with fresh cut meats. The garden department is good. Lot of flower & plants. They have a bottle drop outside.

Just had the worst experience with a pharmacist there. I have been filling here for about 4 years. She was very rude and unprofessional. I understand you are understaffed and tired but that’s not the customer’s fault. Once again going to be changing pharmacies.
