Pharmacist was quick and knowledgeable, but phone tree was lousy is you don't have a standard question. Just hit "0" on the keypad to talk to a real person.

They were *BUSY* yet still managed to get everyone through pretty quick. My friend has the flu and was given a couple prescriptions for coughing, I was there to pick up one because the other "wasn't ready yet." Luckily by the time I got to the counter they were both ready. Yay!

I've been getting prescriptions here for a few years and within the last year, it's been frustrating to pick up prescriptions. The drive through line consistently takes me 20 to 30 minutes, even when there are only 4 cars in front of me. I've called in prescriptions to find that they wereready only to go pick them up and only one is ready. The people are nice but somewhere in there system there is a breakdown.

Was recently at the pharmacy to pick up my prescription, the employee was closing the gate to lock up, I asked if they were closed, her reply was yes we close at 1. I looked at my watch and it was 1:02, I asked if I can just pick up my prescription, she said come back when we open. When leaving I looked for any sign that says closed but didn't see one.

Been picking up presentations here for years, but now I'm done. Every time I've ever called a prescription in, it wasn't ready when they said it would be and I've often received flack from the pharmacy employees for attempting to pick it up early, even though that was contrary to the information I was given. They have never let me know ahead of time that I was out of refills on a prescription, and have had consistently bad communication with my doctors. I prefer to come here because I do most of my shopping at Fred Meyers, but over 6 years of consistently bad experiences is too much. I feel for the pharmacy employees as it seems to me they are probably overworked and not able to keep up the demand Fred Meyers puts on them.

Their line moved quickly even on Friday (what they called their busiest day). They were polite and considerate even with really demanding and upset customers. And they managed to transfer a prescription for me in a time crunch, working around communication difficulties with my previous pharmacy. The whole staff maintained a friendly collegial atmosphere.

If you've been here in the last 5 years, you know a 5 star review would be bogus. I'm not here just to fluff their stars, but the only people reviewing are the ones who had terrible experiences.I've been using this pharmacy off and on for about 15 years now. They've been better, but I've also tried other local pharmacy's in search of that customer service unicorn that doesn't exist in pharmaceuticals, they're all about the same. If you're hoping for fast, industry leading service, I think what you're looking for is a drug mule.I think this pharmacy is just understaffed and overworked. Consider the human working overtime to fill your RX diuretic so you wont be such a salty MF.

Seems pretty silly they are closed from 1pm to 1:30 for break. I get people have to have breaks but why can other people not be working during those times?

I was surprised to find some items priced reasonably, so I picked up more than I had on my list. I scanned my Rewards card, and proceeded to checkout. BUT the prices at the register were much different, twice the advertised (tags in store) price. So, I left the store and found my items at Trader Joe's, where you get the price on the tag, you know what you'll pay and there is lways a friendly checker open to greet you and get you on your way. I have childhood memories of Fred Meyer, My Tee Fine products, a well-stocked produce and meat department, fresh and best in town.Kroger is the largest supermarket by revenue, operating in 35 states, I am afraid to say that our food supply is controlled by greed. Never going back.

I went here the other day and the produce I bought only had a 26 point inspection and I was very disappointed.

I've been trading here 23 years. For a long time I took an expensive medicine which had a cheap generic, and was never told. I figure this betrayal alone cost me over a thousand dollars. Lately the pharmacy is routinely using the lesser of my discount plans, and I have to confront the clerk every time to make it right. It is almost as if a staffer enjoys tormenting me. Were it not for every pharmacy in Salem getting vitriolic reviews, I would have switched providers long ago. They have never made a mistake in my meds and when their automated caller tells me a prescription is ready, it is ready. Waiting lines never more than 4-5 people. Credit where credit is due.

Called today to ask about my medication that I am supposed to pick up and the pharmacist and pharmacy technicians are very incompetent. Don't understand why you would hire incompetent people who don't know anything about medication. Scary to have incompetent people who have zero common sense and and can't answer simple basic questions. Try hiring knowledgeable people instead of incompetent no common sense.

They discriminate me from the moment I walked through the doors. Security as usual stands by the door, and I notice he begins to follow me and my boyfriend. We only wanted to see if there was any new hot wheels since we collect them. However we notice as we are looking at the hot wheels that they sent a worker to keep an eye on us the whole time. They didn't even try to hide it, I grabbed some flashcards that I needed for school. When we headed to go checkout at self checkout, an old lady approached us and notice we got a discount for the flashcards, and she asked if we were members or hard a Fred meter card. We said no and she attempted to try to take off the discount and said we shouldn't be having that. Of course we didn't let her and inserted the card to pay before she tried to take off the items. We walked out and the security followed us basically to our car. We felt discriminated and it's not the first time it happens in that store where we get followed.
