They need better instruction for employees and to make it less cramped. It's not big enough for the amount of cars they see because they're business is always busy.

Normally don't get gas here because the fuel prices are usually a slightly higher than some others but we had a bunch of fuel points from a shopping trip so that being said if they're going to have self-service pumps they really need to clean the buttons so that they don't stick it's almost impossible to enter your phone number the first time through in order to access your points.

It seemed simple enough. 10¢ off for every $100 spent. She made it sound as though purchases made in the store counted towards this as well as fuel purchases. Perhaps that was my misunderstanding, because it didn't calculate,.. or I missed something else that may or may not have been completely obvious.)I was filling up my tank and paying with cash. When I said this to the associate, he told me to give him my cash at that time, before they had started pumping the fuel. I went along with it and handed him $40, (I drive a small manual car), as I tried not to seem as dumbfounded as I felt. He took my cash and walked away while another man pumped the fuel. There were several employees working the pumps this day. It was busy, but it did seem as though there were too many cooks in the kitchen, so to speak. Not only that, but they all carried quite a sense of urgency. I had begun to ask each of the g8
