I recently tried this gym out, it was $10 for a day pass. I wanted to like this gym more than I actually did, honestly just couldn't see it being a place that I went everyday - although there were a lot of things that I did like about it. First of all, the gym itself is much larger than you would realize just driving by it! There is the upstairs is where the treadmills live, along with other cardio machines, cable machines, and more. Downstairs there are two other rooms that connect, free weights in both. A couple things that I noted about this gym is that while yes they have a lot of equipment, there isn't much of a warm up area for stretching nor is there yoga mats, bands, or stuff like that (at least not downstairs). A lot of the equipment is kinda old, and I would imagine that it would take a bit of prior planning to structure a workout where you're not going back and forth from room to room for each exercise. Also take a few times there to get a feel for where all the different things are. Parking situation can be a little crowded since they share a parking lot with other businesses. Love the 24 hour access option here though, so depending on the when you go you can really feel like you have the gym to yourself! Overall, I don't have many complaints, just didn't feel like this gym was a fit for me!

This is a core weight lifting gym. Lots of equipment of all types, and seldom crowded. Upstairs is a large variety of machines, while downstairs had more of an old school vibe with plate loaded equipment. Music is about right, energetic but not too loud. Good vibe for building muscle.

Really appreciate the cleanliness throughout the facility. Abundant equipment, I've rarely had to wait on anything. Trainer Jared is extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, and pushes at the perfect pace. Never (ever) thought I'd join a gym, but so glad I did!

Mark was super helpful and friendly. A 10/10 gym several times better then any other gym I've been to, I'm definitely going again.

Absolutely impressive gym, plenty of machines plus plenty of free weight including multiple set of dumbbells of each weight. Loud music downstairs really gets the vibe going right. While upstairs have machines and plenty of running equipment. Plenty of squat racks, benches, and multiple areas to work out in. Not to mention the gym is 24/7 which works out for those with odd shifts of work or restless nights.

I cannot emphasize the diversity and feeling of acceptance of this gym. The owner is friendly, you cannot feel any "invisible exclusivity" from this gym. I have been a member of the most expensive gym here in salem oregon, and also I have been to numerous gyms for training, this gym is very different in terms of respecting people from different classes, culture, profession , and you know why? Because it reflects from the owner of the gym. This is the center of all best trainers. I do not care about swimming pools and jacuzzi and all that stuff (though its nice), the most important thing is the people that encourage you to grow as a person, not just in being physically in shape but being seen. Come here if you are not a Karen or Fred. God bless

Love the selection of equipment, from every leg machine you can think of to a wide variety of plate loaded chest, arm and shoulder machines. Beyond helpful staff and it’s open 24 hours.

Flex fitness is a welcoming, and awesome gym. It has everything you need for getting into great shape whether you’re into cardio or lifting they have it all. The cost if very cheap for what you get and on top of it all, it’s open 24/7. I recently cancelled only because I built my gym at home but if I ever go back to a gym I will be back here. They didn’t gripe or give me a hard time about cancelling and have some of the nicest staff you could meet.

Good gym but many snowflakes that think the gym is their own equipment and will not share . If they went to a real gym they would find out that if you're on a machine or barbell your not using it. Other people pay dues and get to use the equipment. Just sayin

They have a mural of arnie up on the wall as a sign of respect to the fitness gods. This gym is not commercial, it's keen as, you can grunt if you want though please don't. Otherwise, many heavy objects to lift and machines to sweat on.
