If you’re expecting friendly, courteous service- this IS NOT the place. I had to take an Amazon return here, and my tall fan packaging wasn’t the best in the world- as I didn’t have the original box. First comment barked out to me when I came in was “you have to have a label”. Yeah, I figured as much. Then a growly lady came and said “what is that!?”. No helpful advice, just a command to get a better box and try again. WOW, never coming back! No wonder UPS runs circles around FedEx. Customer service is head and shoulders above. Save yourself some belittling and being talked down. AVOID FEDEX.

Went in today to ship 2 packages. The employees behind the counter were very positive and helpful, even letting us use their tape roller. I appreciate great customer service. Thanks

I had a very important and lengthy letter which had to be done with absolute perfection, with respect to each and every character, every letter, word and all punctuation. Eli, Missy and Jeff teamed up and typed this letter from a hard-copy rough draft, and revised it repeatedly per my request, providing me with five proofs to accommodate changes I wanted to make and to do so with such a high degree of perfection. They did all of this very quickly, efficiently, cheerfully and ahead of time, which I greatly appreciated because I had a strict deadline for delivery of this letter. I can’t express my thanks enough to Eli, Missy and Jeff for their excellent service.

FEDEX is advertising “RushMyPassport”.
Yet non of their employees are familiar with the system. On top of that, I get my paperwork sent back to me 3 weeks later, and no information why. You have 30days to submit , and now I’m out $350+ .
I failed to do research, but seems to be a scam that FedEx is associated with.

I was specially served by Sheri on a large order of custom sized photos needing high tech copying know how. Sheri was patient with me and encouraged me with her pursuit of excellence. The project was completed well before my tight deadline constraints even on a busy holiday weekend. I am very grateful!

So I never thought I'd be writing a review for a FedEx, but here we are. What compelled me to write this review was how incredibly helpful they have been each and every time.I'm not from Oregon, so I send a fair amount of stuff in the mail. I usually go to the pack & ship place by my apartment, but they aren't always equipped to handle odd requests. When they aren't, I come here.I didn't think I'd have as many odd shipping requests as I have had, but they came up more than I was ready for. And every time, I would walk in and say, "I need you to help me figure out the best way to do this," and they delivered every time.And it wasn't just, "Oh, like this." It was literally thinking through problems together to get it just right. If it were standard operating procedure type of stuff, I wouldn't feel the need to write this review. But each employee who has helped me get these packages where I needed them to go with great attention to detail has been top-tier.So yeah. I figured it was worth letting the world (Or, at least Salem) know that if you have a shipping problem that you need help with, the people here WILL help you solve it and do it right.It isn't always cheap, but every odd-shaped or delicate package that has been sent from here has gotten where it needed to go safely.

Jenifer was very helpful and friendly. We would love to work with her again. She alerted us that one address was a PO box and FedEx couldn't handle that so we just did the 4 packages that we could. I came back later with a real address and she helped me send that. It looks like all of the pkgs will arrive before Christmas.

Excellent customer service from Eli. The female manager or assistant manager however claims knowledge over things she knows nothing about. Two times now she’s dismissively blamed problems with their equipment or their production team on my design files. Both times I proved her wrong and she doesn’t apologize or own up to her lack of expertise. It doesn’t make her look very intelligent. I used to be a department head - graphic designer for fedex/kinkos.

Missy was terrific. I had a last minute presentation that needed multiple copies to be printed, bound, and ready for pick up within 3 hours and right before closing. She coordinated everything perfectly.

This place has excellent customer service, Missy and Nathan are very helpful and have been able to fulfill my business card order in a timely and quick manner.
