I paid $100 to have a package shipped overnight. The package contained refrigerated medication and arrived 4 days late. I was pleased to see that fedex gives refunds for late packages, but I was told I couldn't get a refund until the package was delivered, so I called back 10 days after the package was delivered and was told I missed the 15 day return window from when the package was shipped. This is a scam.

Haylee M. went above and beyond to help me with a print project this afternoon, that meant a lot to me! I appreciate her attention to detail, being very happy to help me, and being extremely professional. She is clearly very customer service focused. The project I asked of her, was last minute and at the very end of the business day, yet she didn't flinch. I left it up to her and she encouraged me to get it done. Thank you Haylee, I really appreciate your time. You will get my business next time for sure! Everything came out perfect!!

Be warned if you have a package held here because you won’t be home you can’t just send your wife to pick it up on the way home because if your name is on it not hers they won’t release it. Hopefully in the next 5 days I can take off at lunch to pick up my package…

Haylee was very rude unprofessional unpleasant and unhelpful. The rest of the employees are just as useless. The store gets really chaotic and the employees get overwhelmed IF THEY HAVE JUST ONE CUSTOMER!

The staff is friendly even if you need a little help with the self service printers. Printing is very affordable and the equipment is always in good working order. I don't even have a printer at home anymore, I just send it to fed ex.

Fast, flexible and always has friendly print and customer service staff. Their equipment is always working, from self-service copiers to rental PC’s for document transfer set up and self printing. I’ve found calendar journals, greeting cards and report folders. Highly recommend.

If you’re expecting friendly, courteous service- this IS NOT the place. I had to take an Amazon return here, and my tall fan packaging wasn’t the best in the world- as I didn’t have the original box. First comment barked out to me when I came in was “you have to have a label”. Yeah, I figured as much. Then a growly lady came and said “what is that!?”. No helpful advice, just a command to get a better box and try again. WOW, never coming back! No wonder UPS runs circles around FedEx. Customer service is head and shoulders above. Save yourself some belittling and being talked down. AVOID FEDEX.

I had a very important and lengthy letter which had to be done with absolute perfection, with respect to each and every character, every letter, word and all punctuation. Eli, Missy and Jeff teamed up and typed this letter from a hard-copy rough draft, and revised it repeatedly per my request, providing me with five proofs to accommodate changes I wanted to make and to do so with such a high degree of perfection. They did all of this very quickly, efficiently, cheerfully and ahead of time, which I greatly appreciated because I had a strict deadline for delivery of this letter. I can’t express my thanks enough to Eli, Missy and Jeff for their excellent service.

FEDEX is advertising “RushMyPassport”.
Yet non of their employees are familiar with the system. On top of that, I get my paperwork sent back to me 3 weeks later, and no information why. You have 30days to submit , and now I’m out $350+ .
I failed to do research, but seems to be a scam that FedEx is associated with.

I was specially served by Sheri on a large order of custom sized photos needing high tech copying know how. Sheri was patient with me and encouraged me with her pursuit of excellence. The project was completed well before my tight deadline constraints even on a busy holiday weekend. I am very grateful!
