Someone's Payroll was delivered to my house. FEDEX said they would be right there to pick up the package. They never showed. Some workers are now mad I'm sure as they didn't get paid.

The only experience I have with fedex is delivery, and mine has to be the worst! He throws our packages with no concern whats in it. I would like to give a lower rating but I'm not able.

I use FedEx regularly. I’ve never had a problem. 100 out of 100 times I have received overnight shipping without issue.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tom (who wouldn’t give me his last name) couldn’t have been less helpful if he tried, I had to provide every form of ID short of my original birth certificate to get a package of which I had the email and tracking number for. I will not be using this branch again which I think was his goal anyway so he can do less work. Would not recommend to anyone.

Its fedex, they destroy packaging, don't wrap in bags when its raining, and mark stuff as delivered, while never making the drop. All of which has happened on more then one occasion. Their drivers are too lazy to deliver when its due. Pretty sad when they drop at your next door neighbors house, but cant bother to bring yours by too. Their own app list delivery date today 10/5, then after riding around all day, (including delivering to my neighbor) they take it back to salem. App states "operational error, no attempt made"After this i will never order from someone that uses a garbage company like fedex.

An employee there was very rude and was not helpful at all to my S.I.L who was picking up a verified package. She even called me and had me talk to the guy, who was also very rude to me. A manager was involved, but they did nothing other than run her out the store. I just had it delivered but they definitely need to be retrained, or fired. She got his name but I’ve yet to ask what it is.

I will never deal with fed ex again. Over night delivery is now 3 says later. People need to do their jobs.

I was suppose to have a package delivered next day delivery. But for some reason fed ex flies my package from central states to east coast, before they flew it back to the PNW. Well next day delivery didn't happen, its 4oclock the 2nd day waiting on package and still nothing. Call customer service to see if they sender can at leash get there money back or at leash half back. But no says customer service. I rate fed ex a 1 on customer service.

They legit stole my iPhone that I was sending off to Apple. I thought it was weird when the girl kept asking me if there was an iPhone inside and what kind it was. After my package never arrived at apple, Apple later on confirmed that the package was shipped off from here with only the box weight. No iPhone inside .

Order: shipping a product back to company with QR code for returnPros: the place is really cleanCons: I pull up my QR code to be scanned and then the lady acted as if she wasnt going to be able to scan the QR Code because this location only accepts certain return codes. Now Ive returned Fedex packages here before with QR codes no problem. Then, the lady asked if I had tape to package the box, I said no I did not. She proceeds to give me a lecture stating I'll let you get away with it this time but if you do this often you're going to have to pay for tape. Ma'am Im a grown adult. If you're going to tape the darn box save the unnecessary rhetoric. Sheesh! She was on one today and wasnt very pleasant.

I refused the package per wrong order from seller and as seller's intruction. There is no other option. As I did refuse to accept the package, in 15 minutes, FeDex sent me a message that they would try to deliver the same package "tomorrow" (!!!???). I took a trip to this main office to let them know the situation. "Oh! It was updated on out system". It was on the 5th. As of today, the 10th, my FeDex account still shows "Delivery "Pending" ".Not only that, I did put a note in there (on the 5th, for this package) "Return to Sender". What I did not know, this instruction will be on all packages that sent/have sent "To Me". Good job FeDex.
