Great service, use fedex packages for better prices fyi they don't have print services, nor do they pack your shipments no supplies are provided. This where all the packages come to be shipped out. Fyi this is not a fedex office there are no printing services available. They have tape you can buy and some boxes for sale.

The driver is a lazy ho. We needed our school yearbooks to be delivered on Friday and me and 4 other students stayed after school for 4 friggin hours and got a email saying they “missed us” but they never even showed up. How could we miss two 28,000 pound pallets with yearbooks on it?!! I would give you a 0 star review but google wont let me.

My school ordered yearbooks and they were supposed to be delivered on 5/30 but the driver never showed up, and then we’re supposed to have them delivered today 6/2, and we called early in the morning and were told that the books were not loaded in the trucks even though they were supposedly going to be delivered on 5/30?? Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Whoever drives for this location does not do his job. I paid for an overnight shipping that did not require a signature. It was scheduled to be delivered before 12! Never came and he had the audacity to say he missed me! How can you miss me when you never showed up and if you did you would have just dropped the package off bc you don’t need a signature! I’ve had multiple issues with this place! I need a refund I’m spending almost $100 to get my package delivered next day and I don’t get it it’s a waste of money!

The reason for my review is because I deliver for Amazon Flex and this morning when I arrived at your location to make a delivery there happen to be a man that opened the door and he seemed really bothered by the fact that I went before business hours he claimed that if we were professional, we should know what time they open and stuff like that but in reality when someone makes an order, they have to put in the hours of the business and stuff for us to be able to get there during those times, it was just very uncalled for how you treated me when I was just trying to do a delivery that I easily was going to attempt to do again because there was only 15 left minutes until the open business time

Fed Ex delayed my package and held it for 3 days at one of their centers. It happened to be medicine on dry ice I needed before leaving for my honeymoon in 2 days. I called their call center on the weekend and explained the situation and they said I could go pick it up instead of waiting for delivery since that works happen after I left the country for 2 days. When I got there the girl behind the desk said they shouldn't have told me that and that she has no access to the container and can't leave the desk. She mentioned if someone else is not too busy maybe they could look but then took back that offer. I insisted she check to see if someone else wasn't too busy. She went around the corner and I could hear her talking to someone right there and he grabbed a package not stuck in some container and brought it up. I couldn't believe she would've do that in the first place despite the situation. I'm glad I got my medicine but the whole situation since I drive so far to get there and the circumstances.

Someone's Payroll was delivered to my house. FEDEX said they would be right there to pick up the package. They never showed. Some workers are now mad I'm sure as they didn't get paid.
