Federal Express ia the most incompetent and abject failure of a business I have seen.I spoke with a representstive and scheduled my delivery for Oct. 14th. The package was not delivered.I spoke with a representative who after quite some time indicated that my package would be delivered Oct. 15th between noon and 2pm.Approximately 45 mins later I was contacted by another representative that told me that they woukd deliver it "As soon as they could" but if it was not delivered by the 19th to contact the shipper.I asked if this meant that it would not be delivered as previously discussed, and he indicated that it would be as soon as possible, but not on the previous schedule.I asked to speak to that persons supervisor, and they indicated that they are in charge, abd that they are sorry for the inconvenience, eventually hanging up on me.I then called the numver back to try to get to the bottom of this, and provided all if the information to another representative who was supposed to put me through to a supervisor.I was transfered to Revenue services instead.I tried to call back and they would not allow me to speak with a supervisor.
