My friend and I were about to drive from Salem to Portland on a rainy Sunday evening, when our Cadillac began making a strange flapping noise, somewhere under the car. It was almost 6 PM, and we couldn’t think of what to do, but we were hesitant to make the drive in the rain without investigating. I searched on Google for someplace that offered some kind of automotive service at that hour on a Sunday night, and there was Enterprise Instant Oil Change, right near the Interstate 5 in Salem! We pulled into their service bay and explained what we were hearing. The service techs (Tyson and Dan) immediately went down and looked underneath the car. They discovered that the “skip plate” over the transmission had come loose, and they offered to make a temporary fix that could be permanently fixed by Cadillac the next day. We happily accepted, and when we tried to pay them, they declined, saying that they were just happy to help, knowing that we would now have a safe and worry-free trip up to Portland on a rainy night. I think this was remarkable service, and the only way that I can repay them is to post this review. What a wonderful business. I only wish we lived in Salem so I could patronize it more often!

Excellent service. Very friendly staff. I was in and out in a few minutes. Didn't have to get out of the car and the gave us water bottles. Definitely coming back.

They have changed sense I started using them. At first they were great but the last time I used them I didn't make it out of the parking lot before my car broke down. Turns out they pulled a bunch of wires loose getting to my air filter. Then just this weekend my girlfriend left after an oil change and her tire went flat. Stopped at Les Schwab and turns out the air stem was broke off. Enough is enough I will never use this place again.Service: Oil change

Came here with a Groupon and the staff was beyond friendly. You stay in your car for service so you can see everything their doing and they were communicating with me through the whole process explaining which parts may need to be looked at and why. They visually showed me and explained to me what needs to be serviced. Overall a great experience and I felt like I could really trust them. Usually I hate going to auto shops because I feel like I’m being upsold but I appreciate how here they took the time to explain the charges and let me decide what gets done now as well as giving me a print out of services and prices that I may need in the future instead of making me feel like I need to do it all right away.

Great service and great staff! I got helped by a young man named kaleb and he was extremely helpful and understanding. I had no idea what I was talking about and he still didn’t make me feel stupid! Which is very rare at these places. I’m definitely coming back soon.

Wanted to thank you guys. I came in today to see about getting my cold air intake air blown since it does not require oil or washing. These guys told me they weren't going to charge me to do that. I spoke with Juan and a couple other guys while they were cleaning my air intake filter and I just want to thank them for being awesome and hopefully bless this business with a little more business by leaving a review for their courtesy and kind service they provided me with today.

I love going to Enterprise to get my car taken care of. I’ve had different services on my car, and every time the employees do a wonderful job. The customer service is great, the work is solid, and every time I leave I feel confident that my car is leaving the shop in an improved state.

This review is for the West Linn shop. They were right on time for opening and I needed an oil change in my 2015 GMC pickup. No upsell and they checked the fluids and changed the oil in under 15 minutes after checking to make sure they had the filter and the oil I needed. I would normally go to a GMC dealer for service, but they could not get me in for two weeks. Enterprise changed the oil and filter, did a very good job of ensuring no oil drips or anything from the drain plug or filter were all cleaned up and for sure did it in under 15 minutes. I am a first-time user of this company but will use them in the future as they are honest, no upsell for things I did not need and made sure I was happy with the job and everything they did. All this for $10 dollars less than the dealer and done in a timely fashion.
