Definitely one of the worst Glass shops in the state. Todd, the owner, is the most incompetent buisness owner I've ever met, which is saying something. Smokes weed from morning until night. Yells at his employees, has 0 organizational skills, and is even worse with managing money, it's a miracle they get any jobs completed. I know a majority of their staff personally, and I've never heard a positive thing said by them about the owner or the working conditions at Encore Glass.
Save yourself a massive headache and go to Dallas Glass, Black Line Glazing, Glass Guru or a glass shop that actually cares about their customers and the job they do not just the quantity of new Mercedes they can park out front..

We're in the process of remodeling our bathroom and went to Encore Glass to look at shower doors. Our first contact was with Kennedy Wagoner, a smiling and most welcoming employee. She listened to what we wanted and from there she showed us various options. We highly recommend Kennedy when you find yourself in their new showroom.

If I could give 10 stars I would! We’ve used Encore a number of times and they have always been great! Most recently I had a total Karen moment where I melted down in the middle of a bathroom remodel and Todd and Desiree not only managed my brattiness like champs, they went above and beyond to help us get a piece of mirror cut with very short notice! They even delivered it!!!!! Their Karma bank must be flush! Customer service is a lost art these days and Encore is still keeping it alive!!! Thanks so much you guys!!!!

Managements on prescription medications , the type you abuse, and they fire the staff on whim. Owner seems to be very frazzled and very in little control of his emotions and workplace. A lot of wrongful termination as well as false promises on pay ( even though it’s in writing) as well as neglecting to give employees their RIGHTFUL union benefits seeing as they are union but refuse to admit it. All in all not worth it because they treat employees unfairly. Honestly? If given the chance they’d under pay to minimum to all employees rather than pay them fairly,I’m glad I turned jobs down from here and my partner as well because so many former employees fired within the last 6 months are letting people know the truth about this place. Def have a lawsuit coming

who ever works here, and drives the white Mercedes, needs to retake their driving course. If you cut 3+ cars off, make sure it's not two blocks away from your work. Good thing I have a dash cam

Didn't actually get any work done by this company but thought they deserved a good comment. My car broke down at their location. Todd and every other employee I talked to there were very friendly and they all offered to help in anyway I needed. Just wanted to say thanks to the whole group. Thank you

I'm an Amazon delivery driver dropped here the Hispanic lady was extremely rude and made a snarky comment while two other lady's watched her belittle me and walked away. I'm just doing my job... Happened 7/13/22

THEY NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT THEY ARE NO LONGER DOING RESIDENTIAL WORK - OTHERWISE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME!Encore Glass sounded very promising to replace a dinky 18" square window pane on a condo unit. I enjoyed speaking to Kennedy and the tech Dana was ahead of time on his scheduled visit - both very pleasant, informative, and helpful. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't give any star rating. On the other hand Jenny & Tom could use a bit of help with their customer service skills and learn to be better stewards.Even though I received an estimate from Kennedy, Tom inserted that THEY ARE NO LONGER DOING RESIDENTIAL WORK and that Kennedy wasn't aware or forgot about this change. When asked why the company is no longer doing residential work Tom's response was: "We're not making enough money doing residential work." Sounds like they need to revamp their business plan and reconsider the pricing of their bids and this statement is poor excuse and poor business form. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated that my time was wasted in calling, coordinating, taking time out of my own schedule to drive to the other side of town to meet and talk with the tech. I am perplexed as to why their tech would even come out to do an assessment if they are supposedly no longer doing residential work - sounds like he wasn't informed either, and especially doesn't deserve to have his time wasted.When I asked about a referral to another glass company Tom gave a couple of names but didn't have any other information. Not helpful. This doesn't make this company look any better.

One of our employees broke one of our glass shelves in a display case on Friday night. We need every square inch space in our little store and on our shelves for our mini products. I called around and couldn't find someone to replace it for us. I called Encore glass on Monday and spoke with Tom. He had our glass shelf replaced by the end of the day. I was able to go back to work and get it reinstalled and get our product out where the customers could see it. Thank you Tom and good job Encore glass.

One of my favorite places in Salem. Rudy is the kindest. I work at a women's homeless shelter and he frequently stops by to donate food. We try to go and support Rudy's whenever we can!

I ordered a custom cut glass table top and they had it done in two days at a reasonable price. Plus very professional staff. I will definitely do business again with them. Highly recommended!
